Nature house is placed in the bay Krusevica on the Island of Pasman, directly on the beach, and it is available to rent during the spring and summer, till early autumn. The island of Pasman has a regular connection with the mainland - it takes about 15min with the ferry to get to the island from Biograd na moru, and the ferry is leaving more then 10 times a day. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.This holiday rental is not accessible by car. You leave your car on a free and secure parking, in Biograd na moru (on the mainland). Transfer from this parking place to the house once upon arrival and back to the car once at the end of your stay is also free of charge. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. The holiday house has one bedroom with a queen bed and an extra bed on the couch in the living room for two, so it can accommodate 4 persons. The kitchen contains cutlery and crockery, cooking stove and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. There are also a barbecue and an outside shower. Only the ground floor of this holiday house is open for guests; the 1st floor is not in use by anyone and is locked. This is a pet-friendly house, one pet is welcome here against a surcharge of 10,00 EUR per day. The water tank holds 18.000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power 12 V. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and on the sink in the toilet. The toilet uses sea water for flushing. The outside shower has a separate reservoar. The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. The freshwater in the reservoar is originally drinkable, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled drinking water. Bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen arrive once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available, please bring your own. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your recharger that you also use in your car. Guests may have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver´s license). Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night.
