- A kitchenette with 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, hood, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, raclette set

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces northwest. The ski locker is in the residence.

The Sextant residence is located 100 meters from the ski slopes. The resort center is about 300 meters away and can be accessed through a pedestrian path. Public parking areas are close to the residence, and ski lockers are in the entrance.
The area:
The quietest area in Les Coches, all residences are situated 100 meters from the ski slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The access to resort center is possible through a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
