With everything you need (and more!) enjoy days of fun in the sun at the Carolinian Beach Resort! Guests will have access to great amenities inside the condo as well as everything the resort has to offer.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean as a whistle

The whole place was extra nice and I found nothing wrong with cleanliness. Beautiful view and a truly spacious condo.. The Magnolia Restuarant is also wonderful.

Beautiful beach views

Loved the view from this place. House was cleaned well. We definitely recommend. Only downfall was that we were told we were only allowed one parking pass.

The unit is sparsely appointed but comfortable. We found 2 cleanliness issues that were very disappointing.

Great property

The condo was larger than most we have rented in the past. Layout allowed for everyone to have space and not disturb each other. Very clean. Great views from living room and master bedroom.

We had a great week! The condo was exceptionally clean! Make sure you bring your spices all the way down to coffee filters. Nothing is left for the next guest. Other than that I was very happy with our stay and would stay again.

We had the best ocean view of any place we've ever stayed. The extra long balcony had two doors, including one from the master. Ours was a two bedroom unit. The kitchen was well equipped. Location superb.

Older property with some need for maintenance in units. Hotel like in character and manner of set up. We were there to visit the beach and for that purpose it was very good

Decent place to stay

The living room furniture is horrible. Everything in the living room needs to be updated. The bathrooms and bedrooms have been updated and are nice. My wife wouldn’t even sit anywhere in the living room because it was so bad. Overall the property is a nice place, nice added amenities go with it. The breakfast was great, great little restaurant included in the stay. Nice view from the room.. just could not give a 5 star because of the ran down furniture in the living room.

4 Adults stayed for 5 nights. Very good location within walking distance to the boardwalk, Sky Wheel and restaurants. Incuded parking was also good. Room had 2 very nice bedrooms and 2 full baths. Beds were decently comfortable. Excellent ocean view from the balcony. The included breakfast was excellent and the continual replay mini golf was a lot of fun. Spa area and pools were being serviced and didn’t use them during stay but look nice. Check in and out was very organized.

Great Ocean Views

The corner room has great views of the ocean from the balcony, and from the corner windows in the king bedroom. Everything was nice about the condo, good space for a medium sized group.

Issue with check in

I had booked and paid for both condos. I was told in an email, that I would receive both door codes the day before our arrival. Then the day before our arrival, I was sent an email saying that we wouldn’t be receiving the door codes after all, and it was going to require a face-to-face. I was going to be delayed in arriving, but sent a big portion of my family on the head. Vacay was not going to let my family check in because I was not among those arriving early. This was totally unacceptable to me and took lots of begging for them to let my family. Go ahead and check in. Other than that. We had a very nice day, and both condos were very nice.

Amazing view

My family and I stayed at the Carolinian beach resort in room 1030 the room was very clean,spacious enough room for everyone to be comfortable during our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely

When we got to the office, the staff were friendly and courteous. The room was clean and fresh. We enjoyed out stay for my daughter's beach birthday getaway. We will continue to use this resort in the near future.
