Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The room was exactly what they advertised it was very very clean updated had all the things you needed if you decided to cook instead of take out great view to the beach loved the lazy River it was a nice relaxing stay overall and the staff was so kind and friendly nonn no problem getting what we needed definitely staying here again when I go back next year

Beautiful sights and sounds

The view from the living room and balcony is worth the price of admission. With the September temperature, we were able turn off the A/C and keep the sliding door open allowing the sounds of the surf permeate the room. The elevators worked fine. The Lazy River is small, so it can get crowded easily. Access to the beach is amazingly easy.

Great pools with beach view

Very cool unit that was modern and just renovated. Room was awesome, pools were so fun! 4 pools under shade awning, including a lazy river, with view of beach, fun scheduled activities around pool for adults and kids (some activities were free, others very inexpensive). Great location, next to Bummz restaurant, which is a must visit. Duncan Donuts on site. Only problem was only 2 ice machines for building, which means no ice. Would recommend this condo/building for sure!

Such a gem!

We will definitely be using Vacasa for future vacation rentals. The room was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed our trip! 10/10 The only thing to make it that much better would be to add a broom to sweep up the sand that gets tracked in from the beach 🙂

Couples delight.

Loved the condo, perfect for couples. First class unit. Only 2 complaints, replace the couch, ugh. Also, need 2 new chairs and a table for the balcony. Will definitely rent unit again.

Clean and comfortable

This property has a new look to it. Very clean, heated pools, great views of the beach, sunrise, and moon. The coffee shop next door is excellent and there are plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance. We hope to return.

Great Location With Awesome View of Beach

This rental was very clean and quiet with awesome view of the beach (12th floor). Only criticism I had was that the living room was very sparsely furnished with only a not very comfortable couch to sit on. If it was my place I would add a carpet to make it feel less sterile and a chair. Also would have been nice to have a little table on the deck to put my drink/book or whatever. Deck had only two chairs. But place was very clean. Bed was comfy and had lots of pillows!!!! Great location near lots of stuff!!

Loved the lazy river...

The place was very clean and had everything we need. It was perfect. The people at the front desk where helpful as well. My only issue was the elevators were not work great and we had to wait often. We also had a issue with our key code but they did solve that for us and one of the ice makers didnt work.

No Access Control | Stupid Sink

The condo was nice enough and the views were stunning. The building doesn't have access controls in either the elevators or doorways so anyone off the street can get to any floor/room they want. The sink in the bathroom is a giant modern glass monstrosity. I can't believe I'm complaining about a sink but it was completely unusable.
