A little disappointed but still had a great time!
We really enjoyed our trip to Orange Beach. We have stayed many times over the years and always had a great time and condo was always well maintained, however this time we were a little disappointed. We didn’t know the unit was for sale or would have chosen different unit. They did not tell us until we got our check in packet and it said on the front, maybe showing unit! We could not allow this as we had children there and people were napping and in and out all day. It was clear they were only doing the bare minimum to maintain it until it sells. But I will say the unit was clean.
The young lady at the front desk who checked us in was quite rude, and the people that were staying with us in the unit had never been to the Caribe and she offered no help whatsoever and after a 12 hour drive, That was the last thing we expected, especially after I had told our friends that this was the best place we have ever stayed in Orange Beach. The housekeeping staff was also rude and I can honestly say that is something we have never experienced before when staying ! We have always loved staying here and always had a wonderful experience. With that being said, the view was magnificent and the weather was beautiful for our entire stay! We will just make sure for our next stay to pay closer attention to the unit we decide to rent. We do intend to return at some point!
