You'll be surrounded by nature yet conveniently close to the Lake, Heavenly, Sierra, Casinos, Golfing, Restaurants, Shops, & more! The fenced yard, open layout, 2 BR/1BA downstairs and 2 BR/1 BA upstairs, makes this an ideal place for your family to spread out in privacy & comfort. Take in some fresh mountain air and beautiful scenery from the 2 decks. Enjoy some ping pong, foosball, and board games. Venture the street to the neighboring scenic trails. Your Tahoe vacation getaway awaits.
The space:
*8 person maximum. Please make sure the number/size of beds is sufficient for your group.

We have free WIFI, a Smart TV, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, ping pong table, foosball, and board games.
Heating/Cooling: Wall heater, ceiling fans, portable heaters and fans, ceiling heater in downstairs bathroom.
Outdoor living: 2 wood decks. During snow season, wood decks are not available for safety reasons. BBQ grill, tables, and chairs are out and available in the summer, but stored in the garage during winter.
Security Devices: Cameras at front door, garage, and walkway for safety, security, and to monitor parking and occupancy compliance.
Linens and towels as well as basic kitchen/bathroom supplies provided
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
Vacation Home Rental Ordinance: Should any violation of VHR ordinance occur, fines ($1000+) may be imposed in accordance with El Dorado County Municipal Code 5.56.150 and 5.56.200. Guests will be responsible for paying all fines associated with a violation of county ordinance. (There is a $100 service charge for property management visits for any VHR ordinance violations.)
Maximum Occupancy Ordinance : 8
Exceeding the designated maximum occupancy can result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of the entire rental amount. Please inform owner of all guests. Any UNAPPROVED GUEST NOT LISTED ON RESERVATION will be charged $100 per person per night. Guest on record must be minimum age 25 and an occupant during the entire reservation period. A government issued ID/Driver's License is required.
Security Devices: Cameras are installed by the front door, garage and walkway for safety, security, and to monitor parking and occupancy compliance. Any attempt to move, turn off, damage, disrupt or remove these devices may lead to fines and/or eviction without a refund.
Noise Ordinance (Quiet hours 10pm-8am): SLT “quiet time” starts at 10pm and ends at 8am. Please keep the noise level at a minimum. Parties, Loud or unruly behavior is restricted by local ordinance and may result in citation or arrest by local law enforcement. Alcohol in the possession of minors is not permitted; as well as illegal possession of controlled substances by any guest.
Parking Ordinance: 2 vehicles maximum in driveway. No parking in street, dirt, or unpaved areas. You may be subject to towing and/or citation at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Trash Ordinance: Trash pick-up is THURSDAY by 9:00am. All trash must be stored and locked in the green metal “BearBox.” Tahoe is home to wild animals and are attracted to human food/trash. Please do not leave any food in your car, outside the house, on the decks, and make sure to clean the BBQ, tables, and chairs after use.
Fire Ordinance: Property is located in a high-risk fire area. No open fires, campfires, firepits, charcoal grills. Please do not burn wood in the fireplace. Use the candles instead.
Check-in 4:00 p.m. /Check-out 11:00 a.m: It's important that our cleaning team has the appropriate time to prepare the home for each of our guests. Unapproved check- in/out times are subject to a $50 charge for every 30 minutes.
No Pets/Animals: Due to health and allergy concerns, pets/animals of any kind are not permitted at our home. Any evidence of pets/animals will result in a minimum $500 fine.
No Smoking: Evidence of smoking of any kind will result in a minimum $500 fine.
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee has been set for the house based on the complexity of a normal/typical cleaning. Please use common courtesy at the Home by keeping it clean, reporting any problems or damages, washing dishes, pots, and pans as used, taking garbage to the "Bearbox," leaving towels in bathrooms and sheets in bedrooms, and not re-arranging furniture. If additional, non-typical cleaning is required as determined by the contracted cleaners, you will be charged an additional $100 above the prepaid cleaning fee. If furniture has been moved, cleaners charge $50 to move furniture back.
Please kindly remove your shoes while in the house.
Ice and snow are a common occurrence in the winter season but can occur anytime throughout the year in Lake Tahoe. Guests must use extreme caution during times of ice and snow to avoid slipping or falling on slick surfaces. We will not be liable for injuries resulting from slips or falls on slippery surfaces or from falling snow or ice.
Animals: Tahoe is home to bears, coyotes, racoons, ants, mice, etc... It is expected to see these around the property. Never leave food out. Please ensure all windows and doors are shut and locked when not at the home and upon departure. It's not uncommon for animals to enter an unlocked door or open window, and guests may be liable for any damage due to not following this policy.
Internet: There is high speed internet at the property. We cannot guarantee that Internet Service will be available for all or part of your stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Please keep in mind that you are renting a property in the mountains and internet service can be spotty. We strive to maintain these connections but in the event internet service is not available, no refunds or credits shall be given. No illegal activities are allowed on the internet.
Refunds will not be granted for any weather-related conditions and/or issues including but not limited to road conditions, too much or lack of snow, inability to get to property due to weather, flight delays/cancellations, power outages, poor air quality (i.e wildfires), vehicle not equipped for extreme/inclement weather, etc. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
