We hosted a Christmas for 13 of us. The spaces were very large and clean. The host was fast with communication and even put up a small Christmas tree for us to enjoy out time together.

Great location in a nice neighborhood. We were welcomed by huge rabbits and a deer herd. Very cool!

We had a very comfortable and cozy stay. The rooms are large and comfy and the kitchen is good! Host communicates quickly. We’ll stay every time we go back!

This is a very accommodating space, pictures are accurate and the host replied swiftly when messaged.only two televisions as of my stay, both are located downstairs and the one bathroom is upstairs.

The location was great, the beds were comfortable, and the three-bedroom layout worked well for our group.Unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of the property were disappointing. We found several areas dirty upon arrival, including the floors, refrigerator, countertops, table, and sink. There were also a few sanitation concerns that made us uncomfortable enough to wash dishes before using them. In addition, basic supplies were lacking, as we were provided very little toilet paper and no extras.We also felt the listing photos did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property, which appeared much cleaner and better maintained online than in person.This property has potential because of its location and value, but we hope the cleanliness and maintenance issues are addressed for future guests.

We did not realize that this property was set up for multiple users at first and were confused as to whether we had rented the entire property or not. Otherwise, the property was clean and had everything we needed.

I appreciate your comment to prevent any confusion for future guests. The rooms on the upper level of the home are set up to be semi efficiency’s, much like a hotel room. They are furnished with a small dinning table/desk, mini fridge and microwave to make the stay as convenient for our guests as possible. However, the entire three-bedroom home is yours to enjoy as described in our listing.

Fun time at Chile festival

Great place to stay, the only thing I didn’t like was the shower in the basement, not much pressure and it didn’t drain so you stood there in the water. Very comfortable king bed, I loved it! More towels and Kleenex would have been nice but not a deal breaker. I would definitely come stay again!! Thanks so much for your hospitality!!

Very nice, roomy place

I only had two small complaints, nothing that would prevent me from staying again. The sink area was a tight fit in the downstairs bathroom. And because the doors were shut and there are no vents in the downstairs bedroom, it was hot the first night. Oh and you have to pay to use the washer and dryer but I don’t do that on vacation so it was no biggie for me. But the house is clean, roomy, comfortable, etc. The things provided in the house were above and beyond. Shampoos, soaps, lotions, snacks were plenty and thoughtful. Google in every room. Very nice place. Would stay again. Short drive to gas station and restaurants. Thanks for having us!
