We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. Great neighborhood and the house is well-equipped with everything needed. The host is welcoming and attentive but not intrusive. Definitely recommend!

Great stay

Trish was a great host, house was beautiful and stocked with everything you could need. Location was amazing. Communication was excellent. Would stay again!

The house is absolutely gorgeous, very clean, and in a great neighborhood not too far from lots of great restaurants and a quick drive to the Richmond ferry. The view is the best in the bay as well! We hope to stay again whenever we are back in the bay!

This property is wonderful with truly amazing views- especially sunset. We traveled a bit- San Francisco, Mill Valley, Sausalito and Healdsburg and really enjoyed this clean home as our base. The beds were comfortable and the host quick to respond to messages.

Memories building trip

we stayed at the property while attending our son's graduation. my entire family loved the sunsets and sunrises that we watched from this very thoughtfully appointed and located house.

We had a wonderful stay in Kensington ... the house and views are amazing .. we could not ask for anything else as house had all the amenities needed plus more !! Hosts were great to deal with and everything was so easy.. highly recommend.

A very comfortable clean property in a good location. Very responsive property manager. Fantastic outdoor space with amazing views of SF and the bay.

Perfect spot for daughter's wedding

Stunning and peaceful! Perfect location for our daughter's Brazilian Room wedding. We wanted for nothing. It was the most accommodating VRBO I have ever encountered; we can't recommend this enough.

Wedding Residents

It was an amazing stay. In town for my daughter’s wedding and we couldn’t be more happy. Our host was amazing,we had constant communications and she offered suggestions and provided anything we needed - not that we needed a thing. It was one of our best stays. Would highly recommend this beautiful home

Daughters graduation

We stayed here because it was close to Berkeley University, where are daughter graduated. We had 4 graduations to go to and could not have imagined a better place to stay. Are experience was 5 stars all the way. We hope to visit and stay here again.

Such a lovely home! Quintessential Northern California vibe. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Trish was very responsive and helpful. The view from the home cannot be beat…absolutely breathtaking. The neighborhood was very, very quiet. We slept like babies! Would definitely book again next time we’re in the Bay Area. Thank you!

Lovely place; spectacular setting.

Property is very much as advertised. Well appointed, roomy, stunning views and very much oriented to outdoor living. (We didn't do much of that because of visiting during the rainiest winter in memory in the area!). Lovely walks in nearby Tilden. Convenient for local shopping and dining down the hill. Property manager is friendly, helpful and very responsive to any request.

I didn’t realize I had left a pair of eye glasses at the house in california until she alerted me and then immediately took them to a service that got them sent to me in chicago quickly .She was proactive and responsive and very very kind. It is also a beautiful home with the most thrilling views of San Francisco Bay, comfortable and gracious.

The location was great and the view was amazing! The host was very friendly and communicative, and checked in with us multiple times during our stay. The location was convenient to get to Berkeley campus and San Francisco. We had a family of 5 staying for 7 days and there was more than enough space for us all.

Here with our extended family for our son’s MBA graduation from Berkeley Haas we searched for a perfect place to be together and enjoy our time in CA stress free. Trish’s home is amazing! Comfortable, appointed with everything we could need, comfortable sleeping for everyone and that view! Spectacular! We will definitely look to stay here on future visits and will recommend it enthusiastically. Thanks Trish for being a gracious host and sharing this amazing home.

This place is beyond amazing! We were on a vacation with extended family and this was the perfect spot in so many ways.It looked wonderful in the listing but is even better and more spacious in real life. The views are spectacular! The house itself was very clean and well equipped. The beds were all quite comfortable. Trish was very easy and pleasant to communicate with. We hope to return!
