Great, spacious place for our family weekend! It had all the things we needed and a great outdoor area right on the river. The host was very responsive and made sure the check-in and check out process was easy.

We have stayed at this house for multiple years now, it’s always clean and the views of the river are awesome! We love the White River and the whole Mountain View area.I highly recommend this house!

House was clean and exactly as described. Views of the White River were spectacular. And nearby trails for hiking easy to access from the house. Nice, easy trip to visit AR and enjoy the outdoors.

This space was perfect for what we were needing with our group. The outdoor patio was where we spent most of our time…other than during the all night game night which was held in the screened in patio. The ability to have two kitchen spaces was ideal even though we didn’t utilize it. The river view was beautiful, the stillness & quiet was just what our souls needed. Allison was fantastic to work with & went above and beyond for us. Already planning a trip with my grown children & grands.

We loved the way the host had decorated the cabin and left one tree for us to decorate with our own ornaments in the master bedroom !All of us had room to be alone if we needed to be as well as areas for us to gather together as a family. The cabin is a wonderful place ! Thank you!!!

Family reunion 2025

This property was great. Beautiful property, lots of space, the two kitchens were great for all the meals we cooked and loved the screened in porch and covered outside porch. The river view was amazing. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and just had an overall great stay.

Great family gathering

Wonderful cabin. Comfortable stay for large family of 14. Kitchens had great variety of pans needed. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable.

Terrific home for a family gathering

Ten of us gathered at this home for Thanksgiving. Having two kitchens and lots of beds was great for this purpose. Check in was easy; requested check out tasks were reasonable. Overall, a great visit.

Perfect Spring Break

Property was just as advertised, and better! Three adults , 1 teen, and 6 under 12, all had a great time, and were happy with bedroom selection. The second kitchen next to deck was a big plus.The river was low there, and kids got to wade.I would go back anytime!

Family vacation

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We had a great time. Very well stocked with almost everything we needed. Plenty of room for our group of 14. Loved having two kitchens.

Close to nature

We had a great time at this beautiful river side property which has all amenities and has access to the white river from the backyard. Kids had a fun time and plenty of beds / rooms to accomadate families / friends Host is amazing and very helpful Thanks a lot for renting your place to us

Perfect Place!

The home & location were absolutely perfect for our group of friends and family. We cooked breakfast and supper every day and had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfy. Everyone had a wonderful time whether they were relaxing on the back porch or playing games in the game room. Our crew gives the place 5 stars and look forward to a return trip!

Long weekend getaway

It’s not easy finding a home to accompany 11 adults, especially from 2 families, but this rental was more than we could’ve asked for. There was plenty of rooms/beds & bathrooms for everyone, plus some. The location was amazing; and we can’t wait to go back. Allison & Lindsey made the process so easy and worked with me to help accommodate us in more ways than one.

Perfect Place for a relaxing time

This spacious home has a lodge-like feel. It is perfect for our group of 11 adults. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. The back screened porch was our favorite place to enjoy eating and visiting. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy one another's company or have some privacy. This was our second stay and we all look forward to a return trip!

Everything was great! The only surprise was you had to walk through master bedroom to get to upstairs bedrooms. Very convenient location and quiet street. We plan to come back next year!!

Excellent property near Blanchard Caverns

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house with a large group. It has plenty of bedrooms and beds for kids or adults. The master bedroom downstairs is a little awkward as everyone has to pass that room to make it to the back porch or upstairs. The grill was on the smaller side but it worked. Overall a very good vacation rental for large group.

Couples Retreat

We have 3 other couples that we do a yearly trip in Arkansas with. We have done this for 12 years now. This was by far one of our favorite places to stay. Simply gorgeous! Thank you for sharing your place. We loved it.

We had 3generations, including 4 adults and 8 children, ages 4-17. It was perfect! This was our second year.Two kitchens, with one adjacent to patio and grill, are perfect! Kitchens are as well stocked as any home! We went for 4 nights and took all the food.Bedrooms were plentiful and everyone was happy with their space.We lived on the covered patio, deck, and large screened porch. River was low enough that kids could safely play.We rented a boat one day from Anglers, which is just a block away.We only left one other time to go to the Springs.Communication with the owner was quick.Easy check in and easier check out.
