Our stay at this cottage was fantastic! It was perfect for our needs, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were unaware that a festival was happening during our visit, but the cottage was ideally situated to keep us away from the main festival traffic while still being close enough to walk to the festivities. The cottage was clean, cozy, and just as pictured in the listing. The bed and couch were both soft and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. Both the host and property manager were wonderful, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Very quaint perfect cottage for vacation. Just enough space for a couple or family of 3. Nice big kitchen so if you plan on eating at home it’s perfect. Sits off the boardwalk and in an alley so it’s quiet without a lot of car or foot traffic and noise. The host was great to work with. I did miss having a view of the beach from the comfort of the room but there is a very nice sitting area out front with a little plot of sand which kept my son busy. Overall amazing find for a great price.

This cottage was ideal for the two of us. No streets to cross to reach the beach or boardwalk. There is no view from the cottage itself but there is a seating area fronting the boardwalk. All amenities were available and working. The owners are great at quickly replying to any questions prior to arrival and property manager is on site and easily accessible. We couldn't have been happier.

The place was how it was shown in the listing. The location was steps from the beach. However, there are a couple things that would make the stay more comfortable. It would have been nice to have had a tv in the bedroom as the couch was very uncomfortable and there was no real place to hang beach towels to dry, a foldable drying each would have been useful.

Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your suggestions. We have had a few other guests mention the sofa as well, so we’ve decided to replace it and will be doing that within the next few weeks. We also think your suggestion of adding a TV to the bedroom is a good one, and we plan to take care of that this week. There is a rear deck available for hanging and drying beach towels, but we realize that may not have been clear during your stay. We’ll make sure future guests are aware of it. Thank you again for staying with us and for the helpful feedback. We’re always looking for ways to make the cottage more comfortable for our guests.

The rental description was accurate for location, being just off the boards and accessible to the beach. The size is fine for 2 people. All of the appliances are fairly new and the unit is updated, but there is no dishwasher for the dishes you’re expected to wash, nor is there a washer/dryer. The unit wasn’t ready when we arrived; the A/C was off and the locks/entry hadn’t been activated at check in time, however the property manager was very responsive when contacted. The window A/C unit blows cold air, however the blinds are way too long and cover the entire unit; unfortunately there’s no way to raise them as the blind pull wasn’t there. While the water is pretty warm, there’s little to no pressure in the shower. Most of the bath towels in the unit were thin/rough and far from the bright white they should be, but I chalk it up to being end of season. If you want a no frills spot close to the beach and action on the boardwalk, this unit will meet your needs.

Perfect Getaway for Small Group

The property was easy to access both by car and on foot. Just a few steps off the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. The property was just as described and we would recommend it to anyone with a group of 2-3 adults

This apartment is at a great location. It was clean and they supplied pretty much everything you need while there. The only thing I could think would be it would be nice to possibly have a slightly more comfortable/bigger couch.
