Spacious Townhouse in the ❤ of Fayetteville

Spacious, charming 2 bed, 2 and 1/2 bath townhouse in the heart of Fayetteville, 5 miles to Ft Bragg, close to the mall and many other shopping centers and restaurants. Quiet, safe neighborhood nestled in a private culdesac. If you check out past 10:00 a.m. without notifying me via text or email, you will be billed $50.00.

Surveillance cameras are located outside the residence at both entrances for your safety and for ours.

This is a townhouse and is two levels - there are stairs to get to the bedrooms.

Designated parking in front of door with additional parking available.

Loved my stay

I had a great stay at this property. Clean, conveniently located and quiet. And I enjoyed the personal touches- some water and snack plus the cute mints on the pillow! Thank you for extending your space to me.

As advertised!

Sara is an excellent host. She is quick to responde, and gives easy to follow check and out instructions. The townhouse is clean, spacious and comfortable. We really felt at home. The location was perfect for us, close to the base and family.

Satisfied

Check in and out very smooth. Nice quiet older neighborhood. Parking right in front of the door with easy access. Unit was clean and sufficient. Communication with owner was excellent. Good accommodations for the price.
