Bakers Loft

Bakers Loft is a 700 Sqft house located 350 feet away from the primary residence. The ceiling has custom shiplap and the loft has a specially designed spiral staircase. Living room and both bedrooms have TVs. There is a full bath and kitchen for guest to use with WiFi. Plenty of room to park a boats, trucks, or RV’s with water hook up and 120 volt to charge your batteries. This is a very unique site, due to the custom ceiling and spiral staircase. The kitchen table and benches are custom, so the loft provides a cozy atmosphere with its high ceilings. Also, the master bedroom has a real tempurpedic mattress. We also supply a complimentary coffee bar for your stay.

Absolutely perfect for our needs. Spacious car/ boat port. Perfectly located approximately 5 boat launches within 15mins. Will definitely book again.

Place was clean bed was very comfortable and close to local attractions!! Eric and Marybeth were very nice and quick to respond when we had a question! Nice get way for a long weekend!

Overall, I loved this little place! Having a covered area to park under was a huge bonus, as was the hot tub, although I didn't use it. Caveats worth mentioning are; the thermostat was in the loft, which is only accessible by a narrow spiral staircase. I didn't find this more than a slight nuisance myself; however, a larger or unsteady person might find it to be a problem. Also, the loft area with the 2nd bed has a low ceiling that the average adult couldn't stand up under. Perfect for kiddos though!Cleanliness wasn't terrible but could have been better. Towels had a funny, musty smell. Can't say I wouldn't stay here again, but I'm not saving it as a go-to for when I'm in the area either.

Good stopover

Pet friendly, and the loft is pretty cool to put your child/children. We had a nice overnight here on the way to our destination.

Everything was great for a mini vacation. Thanks for a relaxing weekend. So many cool things to see around the area. Enjoyed the hot tub and the peace and quiet around the campfire. I have to ask what brand and specifics of the main bed because I haven't slept that good in years? We had a great time. Thanks for sharing a part of your home with us. Will be back soon if available!

Adorable cottage home

This little home was adorable! It was super clean and there was a good bit of thought put into the design and decorations in the home. The beds were very comfortable and soft. This cute home had everything we needed and was very close to town (only 9 minutes away from shops and eating) We will definitely stay here again!

Second time staying at this property. Great hosts that communicate well and are responsive to any questions. Great location to trailer to multiple boat ramps on Guntersville. Clean and comfortable.
