An ideal getaway home for families and friends. 3miles to Disney .. SeaWorld and Universal Studios within 20mins. The beautiful Clearwater beach is just an hour away. Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment just right next door.
Ground floor unit with comfortable king bed in the master suite and 2 queen beds in the guest room. Stylishly decorated. Perfectly located for Theme Parks, Relaxing or Work. Ideal and affordable.

Pool and Gym open from 8am-10pm.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV in each room and a washer and dryer, linen and towels are provided to the guests!

We have a security camera outside the main door monitoring the area outside the main entrance.

Our holiday vacation home rentals are all self-catering. This means that is under your responsibility to bring all of the supplies which you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, drink, sanitary supplies, etc.

Guest acknowledges that Florida's has a tropical climate Insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Owner will try to minimize encounters, but any encounter inside the property does not breach this Agreement and does not entitle Guest to a refund or rental adjustment.

This home is located very close to many restaurants and shopping.

Please No Smoking/Vaping, No Partying and No Pets.

No Third-party services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.

Very close to Disney

We chose this place because of its proximity to Disney and we loved it because we were able to use ride share to get to the parks. It was super clean, adequately furnished, and beds were very comfortable. Very fair price

Good location to surrounding areas. Convenient 1st level. Great size bathrooms. Very clean.

Good experience

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the property. It was a great home base to come back to for sleeping and relaxing after long days exploring. Close to restaurants and shopping. Comfy beds. Kids enjoyed the pool. A bit of a drive to the beach, but well worth it. Owners were great with prompt and helpful communication. And very gracious when we had a mishap late at night at the property on our last day. There is sleeping for 6. But a large group might enjoy more seating in the common area to watch tv together. Definitely Recommend.

The condo met all our needs. The weather was not pleasant, but that's out of everyone's control. The pool was not heated. That was a big disappointment. The washer/dryer was great. I hope we left it as nice as we found it. I suggest you replenish the supple of glasses and dishes.

Comfortable stay

Property is as described, bedding super comfortable, spacious! If you are light sensitive, please be aware the curtains in the bedrooms are not light blocking. Excellent hosts!!!

Family vacation to Disney Parks

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location to the Disney Parks is great and it is very easy to drive to them. We loved the space in the condo. Having two full baths was wonderful after coming home from the parks. We would gladly stay here again!
