Warm log cabin style home with plenty of space for friends and family . Great views of Dixville Notch from the front deck and living room windows. two spacious living rooms and a large finished basement. Jacuzzi bath tub in master bedroom and a moose named Gus! Plenty of parking, direct trail access for both Snowmobiling and ATV trails. We also ask that you take all your trash home with you as there is no trash pick up. We do not provide bedding and towels, you will need to bring your own.

Softball Tournament - Home Away from Home

Absolutely loved this house for a repeat stay! Perfect location with stunning views. Secluded yet close to everything. Quick little drive to IGA to get the groceries you need. We will be booking again.

Quiet Getaway Home

This lovely cabin was spacious providing all of the needed amenities for our annual friends and family NH getaway. It is set back with a beautiful view from the front deck and lots of wildlife. Trail access was at our front door and allowed us the option of riding north or south. No moose sightings this time only prints but there is always next time.

ATV Trip Perfection

The house has plenty of space for our group, was very comfortable, had incredible views, and as advertised had direct trail access. I would book again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful

Beautiful home. Bringing our linen was a bummer but manageable. I definitely got the impression that the house wasn't checked prior to our arrival. It wasn't filthy but there were dead bugs in the cupboards and window tracks. There was an ant problem. It was a little disturbing but it happens.

Our stay

Property was very nice, location was excellent. Bringing your own trash back home was a challenge. It was the first Vrbo rental I had done where we had to bring all linens, including hand towels for the bathrooms.

A long weekend....

We loved our stay, house is very spacious and comfortable....We plan on going back next year! Just wish the basement didn't have a musty smell. It's a finished basement, but we didn't use it.. It's great for the Side-by-side , ATV and snowmobile trails, right out the front door! But over all give this house a 5 star.....

Beautiful home!!

Beautiful property with nice views!! We have been coming up to this area for 25 years and this was the best place we’ve ever stayed. So roomy with plenty of bathrooms, large kitchen with multiple seating areas, and a large deck with a view! You won’t be disappointed!! We will definitely come back!!

Colebrook House

We had a wonderful time. House is amazing!! Being able to ATV right from the yard is awesome! House needs to be deep cleaned, dust on all the ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc. we have rented the house in August for 3 years now and will definitely do so again. Thank you Jim!!

Extraordinary Cabin!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Jim was easy to communicate with. The location was great for ATVing. The house was big enough for all of us to be able to spread out and have a comfortable stay. I do wish that linens were included and the house could have been a bit cleaner. But overall it was a wonderful place to stay!

Family ATV getaway

This was our second time staying at this property. The house is perfect for a big family(s). The two common spaces and finished basement gave everyone plenty of space to spread out. Our young adults really enjoyed the trails which we could access from the property. The beds are also very comfortable.

Listing Doesn't Do It Justice

Fantastic house in a great location. Excellent view of Dixville Notch straight ahead from the gigantic front porch (we even got to see a double rainbow over the Notch after an afternoon rainstorm went through). Close to everything by car, atv, or motorcycle. We had an excellent time on our annual men's ATV trip -- couldn't have asked for more. It is large, well cared for, clean, and beautiful. The listing and pictures don't do it justice.

Great time, again!

This was my family’s 3rd annual trip to this great rental in Colebrook with our UTVs. Trail access is just out the front door and house is perfect for our needs. Spacious, clean, and clearly well-cared for. Thanks again for hosting my family, Jim!

Fun family trip

We loved the property. It was perfect for our extended family group. Plenty of space for others to go off and nap or have alone time (we are a big napping family). Very remote but that is exactly what we were looking for. Weather wasn’t great so the covered porch allowed for us to be outside and enjoy the view and stay dry. Overall great experience and many precious memories made.

Overall great time

Easy process from start to finish. Jim was very accommodating when I had to change the dates of our stay. Everything was as stated in the listing. Jim answered all our questions in a timely manner. (If I had to change anything (and it wasn't a really big deal bc we knew ahead of time), is having to bring our own towels and bedding.) Thanks for letting us stay!!

Quick winter getaway - perfect!

Worked perfectly for our outdoor adventures. Plenty of space for everyone. Clean, spacious, pellet stove quickly cured all chills from mother nature. Killer views AM and PM.

Wonderful property!

It was a real treat to stay here. The property is just as described. So very comfortable. More than enough room for our group of 7 adults. We couldn't have asked for more - it felt like a lodge in the mountains. (I guess it is) We enjoyed the deck and the fire pit and having access to ATV trails from the front door. Our host was so easy to contact throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Northern Retreat

This is a perfect escape to Northern NH. We stayed here during the Coed Softball Tournament in Canaan VT. It was about a 23min drive to the field which was perfect! This is a great place to stay with side by sides or snowmobiles. The house is nice and large with multiple couches and places to hang out without being right on top of each other. The porch has an amazing view over looking the mountains. It was nice to not have neighbors right next to us. There is plenty of parking. If you have a jeep and use the jeep GPS it may send you up a "bumpy road" as our son calls it. AKA a Jeep/4Wheeling shortcut but do know there is a regular road to go, That was nothing to do with the house just an FYI. We all around had a great time!

Precious family time

Return visit to this beautiful home with family and our UTV/ATV convoy. House is perfectly situated right on the trail system and is well-appointed with all we would need. Clean and with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. Will definitely return!
