The property was wonderful and the rate was very reasonable. There were a couple of things that needed updating in the house like some broken blinds and the front door deadbolt, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our time. The cleaning crew could have done a little better, but understandable to miss a few things when trying to turn a property over in a couple of hours. Nothing was so egregious that we felt the need to report it during our stay. It was a lovely time in a lovely community. The home is very accommodating with large rooms, three bathrooms and three separate living/lounging areas. The community pools and pickleball is so wonderful. We would rent here again.The host communities very well, is quick to process everything, and gave great instructions for check in and check out.

Fantastic Stay!

The pictures of the house does not do it justice! The house was way bigger than expected! The community was warm and welcoming! It was a phenomenal experience, and we will be back

This was an amazing home we stayed at! It was for a mother daughter Girl Scout trip. Plenty of areas to relax, living room, side room off the kitchen and also tv area couches on the second floor for kids to hang out.

Loved the Commons

This was our first time staying in Fenwick. For 39 years our family has stayed in OC. The home itself was beautiful, clean and very spacious for our family of 13. My grandkids were able to go out front to ride their bikes without having to worry about traffic. The community itself was beautiful and we took advantage of purchasing the passes for the pools, which were great. We all agreed this home is our new go to every year here on out for our annual family vacation as we loved it.

Overall a lovely home in an awesome community

My family and I enjoyed our stay, my only issue would be when we arrived the recycling bin was filled to capacity and the regular trash bin was almost full so that pained me to have to put trash on top but I had no other place to dump... I paid to use those bins do therefore the trash was inside the garage... a few pink stains on the the main floor bedroom and going up the stairs and only 2 televisions were able to use for viewing...
