The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



Let us introduce you to your home away from home. With enough room for everyone, you’ll feel so comfortable and at home here with all your friends or family along. Recently remodeled, you’ll revel in the modern luxury. When you walk in, you’ll immediately notice the top of the line finishes throughout the house. The interior design brightens your mood, enticing you to simply relax and enjoy. You'll have a hard time getting your group to leave the comfort of this spacious interior.



The front yard boasts a large driveway with lots of room to park, and we also have a covered garage if you’d like to keep your car out from under the sun. The living room and kitchen are open concept and flow easily into each other so that the whole family can be together, whether someone is cooking, eating, chatting, or watching TV. The bedrooms are spacious, and you’ll love plopping down on the comfy beds for a good night’s rest. All 3 bathrooms are elegant and modern as well.



The living room features a vaulted ceiling and provides a cozy spot to sit, chill, plan, laugh, or watch TV together. The gorgeous rock fireplace is the true standout in this room, providing a homier feel among the luxe finishes. From there, you’ll be able to see into the huge kitchen. Very open, fully equipped, and with lots of granite counter space, cooking in this kitchen will be an absolute treat.



The private fenced-in backyard is the ideal spot to spend the lovely sunny days cooling off in your very own pool and if you got chilly we already have the Hot tub bubbling for you! you'll never be bored with our very own Mini Golf putting green! It’s a true oasis back here; you’ll have tons of shade and privacy courtesy of the many trees surrounding the property. There is also a huge patio area with plenty of seating and ample lawn space to run around on.



in terms of sleeping arrangement: The master bedroom has a lavish king bed. The second and third bedroom offers the same with queens. The fourth bedroom has 2 bunk beds and an option for a pullout bed to allow all kinds of groups or kids/adults.

You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

The Neighborhood:

Nestled in North Richland Hills, your vacation home will be located in one of the top 100 places to live in America. We are famous for our southern hospitality here. You’ll be conveniently situated just 18 minutes from DFW airport, 16 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, and under 30 mins to downtown Dallas. While both cities are full of wonderful attractions, Fort Worth has more of the Texas/Western feel, if that’s what you’re looking for.



Close to home, you can find a few fun activities for the whole family. Calloway Branch Trail (2 minutes away) is a 1.9-mile loop trail that features beautiful wild florae. The trail has many activity options and is accessible year-round. The Mountasia Family Fun Center (7 minutes) features mini golf, go-kart racing, batting cages, bumper boats, and a climbable rock formation. For even more fun, Adventure World Playground is a bigger venue offering similar activities, or if you’re interested in water activities, NRH2O Family Water Park is the place to go (both are also just 7 minutes away). That’s 4 great attractions all under 10 minutes away!



Fort Worth also has many must-see attractions with something for everyone. Sundance Square, recognized as one of the top downtown developments in America, is our shopping, restaurant, and entertainment hub and the heart of the city. The Fort Worth Water Gardens are a beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing oasis and a true engineering and architectural achievement. Fort Worth Zoo, Stockyards National Historic District, the Kimbell Art Museum, the Modern Art Museum, and the Japanese Garden are just a few more of the amazing spots that Forth Worth has to offer!

Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.



★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★



We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ NO STREET PARKING ★



No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 1 car in the garage and 5 cars in the driveway.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is wood burning. For safety reasons we do not provide wood and we ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Thank you kindly.



★ TOWELS NOTE ★



Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★



All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.



★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★



The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is STR-26-0022 issued by the City of North Richland Hills.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
