Very nice property! Really enjoyed our stay!!! Very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Host was wonderful. The lake was amazing!!! Couldn't ask for anything better.

We had the best time!! Absolutely beautiful and perfect for our crew, young and old. It’s set up great for the kiddos. Great communication with the host. We hope we get to go again another time!

We had a fabulous time here. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices and such. Kitchen was a bit tight for our group (20 people) so we ate in shifts or outside. There were tons of inside and outside games. The beach was where most of our time was spent. There were lots of chairs and a couple kayaks and canoes. My grandkids loved the "Tiki Bar" and actually cried when we left. Beach was in shade for first part of day..best sun time was afternoon. Mosquitoes were an issue in the evening... bring lots of bug spray!The Stitts have put a lot of thought and effort into making their home a magical place for others! I highly recommend

Such a lovely home. Very private and peaceful. The lake was just a short walk from the house. We loved hearing all the birds and seeing the deer. Cheryl is a very helpful and sweet host. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place

This was a great place for a family getaway. Plenty to do inside and out of the cabin. Cheryl was great to work with. Would highly recommend.

Fishing trip

Stayed at the house for a spring fishing tournament. House was beautiful, grill work great, and views were stunning.

Comfortable, roomy, great kitchen, easy access to the lake, lots of wildlife, toys(indoor and outdoor), books, games of all kinds to play, great swing for the kids, large outdoor table to accommodate many people at one time for meals, fast internet, landline phone, vhs/dvd machines along with many movies to view. Cheryl is a great host and was always very quick to answer any questions before and during our trip. Would definitely stay there again when we have a family gathering.

Memorable Weekend

A most wonderful time!

Cheryl was an excellent host for my large family get together. The property was wonderful along with the house. It was perfect with the second fridge for all the food we brought. We definitely want to stay again!

Excellent for Families!

Great access to the lake, plenty of amenities for outdoor fun, kitchen supplies and appliances, comfy beds, plenty of towels, etc. Hostess was next door and super helpful and friendly! Would highly recommend for fun family gatherings! We plan to come back again!

Hidden Gem

We love staying at Cheryl's cabin on Lake Roosevelt. Cheryl is an excellent host and has a very nice property. It is very secluded and yet is still connected to the world. We love this place and hope to visit many more times.

Stitt Hide-away

Hidden gem! We stayed a week and made tons of memories. It was everything the owner said it was and more. If she'll have us back, we will be booking another stay for next year.

Beyond expectations

Truly a wonderful and special place. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but boy did it knock our socks off. Everyone in our group had an excellent and comfortable stay. Place is exactly as described and more. 10/10

Dream Vacation!!!

There is no way to say enough about this place! Everything was perfect. Beautiful house, well stocked kitchen, good amenities, nice beach, fun games...it just doesn't get better.

Schools out

We had a blast. Our annual family trip with eleven grandkids to swim, make memories and play and fish and relax. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your amazing home.

Lovely home

We appreciated staying here and it was well set up for our family gathering. The kitchen had enough dishes for everyone as well as cooking utensils and serving dishes. The wood stove was lovely on the colder days, and there’s a good selection of games/puzzles for entertainment. It is well off the beaten path in a beautiful and peaceful setting.
