This place was perfect for our family of four. Fully remodeled very clean. David was amazing.. Parking was a breeze and the location was a 2 minute walk to boardwalk and beach right next to Morey's pier. We could hear the roller coaster. We will for sure be back next year. We found our shore spot. We absolutely loved it.

Unit was clean and newly renovated. Needs a full length mirror somewhere in the unit! Overall small, but well utilized space, except for the tight squeeze with the dining table - which is a non-issue for the warmer weather when you can eat outside.

Everything was easy, from booking to check in to stay. Property is a great location easy beach access. Very clean and comfy, definitely would stay again!!

Nice place to stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was small but clean and comfortable. Close enough to the beach, boardwalk and various restaurants. A good choice for a group of 3.

Renter beware! Stay elsewhere if you want a good night sleep. -The queen bed is terrible. It’s a pull out mattress on a cheap frame. If you weigh more than 100lbs you will not sleep well.- The comforters are NOT washed between guests. -The couch is small, cheap and uncomfortable. There is no way for 2 people to sit on it. -The dining room table is too big and unable to seat more than two or three people MAX. -The trash cans were right outside our window and caused flys to be everywhere. -Towels are not included and there is no place to hang them to dry. 1 hook and 1 hand towel rack for a place that “sleeps 6”. -The property manager was pushy and made us check to in ask our eta several times. -140 cleaning fee but you have to scrub the toilets, sinks, showers, make up the beds AND thoroughly vacuum. -No trash bags provided. And small trash cans(4gal). - trash and broken random things left outside. -The only positives are the kitchen space and proximity to the beach.

I am sorry you feel this way. We strive to assure an excellent experience and do want to point out a couple of things that might have helped your experience if you choose to return. The cleaners left their phone number to call if you had any concerns with the cleaning they would have returned immediately. The main bedroom has a queen bed and is not a pull out. It is true that the living room has a pull out as this is clear in the property description. The dining table does pull away from the wall to seat 6 people comfortably. We take all feedback very seriously and appreciate your willingness to share your experience.

Weekend get away

The house is clean and very close to all the attractions on the boardwalk. Host responds quickly if we ever messaged them, which is excellent. Definitely recommend this home.

Place was typical of Wildwood. Old, small, but well kept. Fairly well equipped for a short stay. Close to board walk and beach. Neighborhood was quiet during our stay and family friendly.

Short weekend

Location was perfect for our event.The street parking was kind of a pain for my vehicle once I got somewhere a block away I didn’t move it. Overall we enjoyed the place and our time in wildwood.

Bronx traveler

The condo unit was spacious and well maintained. The amenities were great. The shower could us an upgrade, it is toooooo small.

Good location!

Overall we had a good experience! For a last minute booking it worked out great. Walking distance to boards and beach was very doable. We were unable to use the free parking on the block as advertised. Just not enough spaces. We would stay again!

Review

Only two complaints: Shower was extremely small and awkward and TV was in a bad position and no a good channel selection. But property was clean and in a good location. Landlord was very helpful and accommodating Overall nice place with great back yard and close to everything.

Good stay

Our stay was good except that the hot water in the shower was tricky and took us time to figure out. The property manager came out but could not get it fixed while we were there.

AAU tournament

Our family came into town for an AAU basketball tournament and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. A 6-min walk to the convention center, close to all amenities like food, the boardwalk, the beach, and entertainment. Generally speaking, in spite of it being a busy weekend and a number of different entities descending upon wildwood,nj ( there were college students celebrating the summer, a parade to honor veterans, basketball tournaments, and regular tourist vacationing) our location was quiet and away from too much commotion. We would definitely stay again.

Everyone Needs A Jersey Shore Vacation

There's nothing like the Jersey Shore and Wildwood has always been one of my favorite places, even though I'm from Atlantic City. Plus, it's just minutes away from Cape May, which is always worth a visit. Our stay was great! Everything was clean and comfortable, with lots of patio furniture and two grills, which definitely came in handy. The units are super close to the beach and just minutes away from the best of the boardwalk. Communication with the owners was easy and they responded to any questions in a timely manner. The stay was great and I couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. Perfect for families with kids, too. We'll definitely be back

Welcome to Villa Di Viggiano. We are Frank and Pennie Viggiano and our kids. We are from Minnesota with strong family ties to both New Jersey and Pennsylvania (picture is nephews wedding in Jersey City). Frank grew up in Philadelphia and spent summers as a child in Wildwood and we have visited many times as we come home to be with family and friends. We are so excited to have our permanent home at the shore and to a share it with you.

We love this property because of the immediate access to outside from every villa and the central plaza where all can join together. It offers to the chance to stay at one villa or to use/rent all 4 for larger family gatherings.
