Cute Charleston style two level home close to Pinnacle Hills Promenade. Home features granite countertops, subway tile, wood flooring downstairs, carpet and tile upstairs, crown molding, a dining area with built in bench seating, farmhouse sink, gas fireplace, wrap around porch with outdoor grill and lots of storage. Laundry room is upstairs right outside of the bedrooms. Garage is in the back of the home. Wonderful location, close to Pinnacle Hills Promenade and I-49.

Wedding Weekend

Perfect for 5 adults! We were in town for a wedding in Fayetteville so this was the perfect location and place to prepare for the festivities! Great family or extended family to rent!

Great Stay!

The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fireplace in the main living area was a delightful feature, adding an extra touch of coziness during our stay. The location is unbeatable—just a short distance from fantastic shopping and a variety of excellent restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. I would not hesitate to book again and I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, style, and prime location.

Thanks Giving stay in Arkansas

Property is perfect for families large spacious, large rooms as well. Perfect location. All rooms upstairs for those who cannot do stairs. Nice to use the garage for parking. Host is quick to respond to questions. Will stay again.

Great place to stay close to Walmart Amp!

We stayed one night for a concert. Uber was easy and cheap to get to concert venue. House was great! Had everything you need!

Great location

Enjoyed the stay. Very near activity center. Having the garage was a plus. Beds were a bit dated, and the overall outside maintenance of the house takes away from the experience. A little paint and stump removal could go a long way. Also, just sweep the garage.

Amazing!

We were only here for one night but the host was accommodating in letting us check in a littler earlier than 4, the space of the home is AMAZING! It’s just as described in the listing and I will definitely be back. Beautiful home and in a quiet neighborhood as well! Very close to the amp which was a blessing for the show we went to!

Perfect stay

The condo was perfect for our family. The upstairs is very spacious with the rooms spaced out nicely. The neighborhood is really nice and the location is great for going to the AMP.

Super Cute and Comfy Place

We loved this place for our girls trip to see a concert at Walmart AMP. We also did some hiking and trail walks around the area. Cute town and perfect place for the stay!

Great location

We only stayed one night, for a concert, and the property fit our needs. The townhome is outdated, but is outfitted completely. We only received on message from the owner regarding how to get in to property, but did not have info on check out or WiFi. Not a huge deal, since we were only staying one night! Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Location was perfectly close to the AMP, and easy to access the interstate!
