Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Amy’s Dream is a beautiful, cozy home that sleeps 6 guests. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located in the Johnson-Crawford subdivision. If you are looking for a great home in a family friendly area on the beach side, take a look at Amy’s Dream. This home has everything you’ll need on your vacation. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would have in your own home to cook your favorite meals. The living room is very comfy and the perfect spot to gather with your family. This home has WIFI for your convenience. Upstairs, you will discover the perfect space in the loft, for diving into a great book or just relaxing!
Outside, you’ll find a nice deck for lounging with a distant view of the beach. When you are ready for some beach fun in the sun, it is just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle ride to the beach.

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Beauty bar per bath
Trial shampoo/conditioner per full bath

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
