Very walkable to all the great breweries, restaurants, & shops!

Immerse yourself in history. This modern carriage house is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Pensacola. Situated in a quite neighborhood, the carriage house has 2 bedrooms/2 baths, living room and a full size kitchen w/washer and dryer. Blinds on all the windows, with black-out drapes in both bedrooms. Nectar mattress on both beds. All linens (mattress pad, sheets, pillow cases, pillow protectors, and comforter) are cleaned after each guest. The perfect location if you are here for a wedding, work or vacation. Easy walking to The Barkley House, Bay Center, restaurants, breweries, pubs, galleries & shopping. Beaches & Pensacola Airport are just minutes away by car. The carriage house is at the end of the driveway, over the garage.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The hosts were responsive and so friendly. The space is beautifully decorated and the hosts seem to have thought of everything to make it comfortable. We love the historical neighborhood and the easy accessibility to downtown Pensacola. We will stay here again!!

Great location!

I’ve been to Pensacola many times and this location is great for walking everywhere in the historic downtown area. All the amenities we needed we available to us, and the beds were very comfortable. We’ll definitely book here again!

The carriage house is exactly as described, it is a real gem. Modern, clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, engaging artwork and the Blue chandelier. This one of the nicest vrbo’s we have stayed at. Property manager was also quick to respond when we had an issue with the door and cooktop. Plus it is an ideal spot for access to downtown Pensacola. Make sure you visit the Global Grill for dinner an Joe Patti’s for fresh seafood

Cleanest rental we have ever stayed at ! Fully stocked, great amenities, and excellent communication during the stay with the owner. Neighborhood is super safe and quiet, walking distance to everything, and very private feeling.

Perfect vacation rental

Deborah’s property is perfect! Great location to walk to Pensacola’s charming downtown restaurants, bars and shops! Very close to the bridge heading to the beautiful beaches. The rental is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family of three and small dog. Deborah is also a wonderful host!
