We are in Ventura Country Club. It is a gated golf community just 10 minutes north of the airport.

The complex is about 500 acres and has a club house and restaurant. It is quiet but, just minutes away is all of Orlando to explore. Only 30 minutes to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. About 45 minutes to beach and Kennedy Space center.

We have 2 bedrooms one with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a trundle bed that can be made into a king bed or 2 twins and bathroom right outside the bedroom door. The heated swimming pool is just across the driveway and it is a hotel style pool with tables and lounge chairs. We also have free Wi-Fi and cable. We have 55 inch flat screen tv in the living room and a 43 inch flat screen in the master. All linens including beach towels are included. We also have a desk and a wireless printer so, if you need to work........you can. We also have access to other condos and you can contact me at Chocolate City Travel.

There is an 18 hole golf course where you can golf as a member. If you have any questions, just call and we would be glad to answer them. More info can be found on their website

Winter get away

Nice Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The listing was accurate, the condo was well stocked and communication with the host was wonderful. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and use of the pool and fitness center.

Excellent Stay in Orlando!

Great Condo!

This was a great place to stay. Karen and Judy were great. There was a bit of confusion at check-in but everything was taken care of so quickly, I have no complaints! I would definitely stay here again. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the condo was clean, the grounds were beautiful and safe, and the location was fantastic.

Great place

We stayed for a week for my daughter dive meet. It was great. Love that everything was close. Plenty of restaurants. The beds were comfy. And the host was great, easy to get ahold off.

Extremely well-furnished condo. All tile floors throughout for ease of cleaning. Quiet area surroundings. Located next to water with wildlife viewing. Heated pool available steps from the condo. Screened balcony overlooks water and second hole tee on the golf course.

Loved it!!

This condo felt like home away from home. It's on the upper level with a very well-stocked kitchen and washer/dryer which came in handy. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The pool was nice with many lounge chairs and clean restrooms. The condo comes with pool passes and beach towels. There are 5 pools on the resort, but we liked the convenience of walking to the one near our condo. The screened-in porch was a favorite place for us to have our morning coffee and watch the golfers on the tee box out back. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We were welcomed with a box of delicious cookies left for us on the kitchen counter. The Keurig coffee maker had coffee and got chocolate ready for us to enjoy. The condo was well stocked with extras like beach towels, hangers galore, extra pillows, bath soap, laundry detergent and so much more. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool too. We recommend anyone to stay here

Ventura Country Club

The condo was very clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The pool which was next to our unit was nice. It was a decent drive to the parks at about 30-45 minutes depending on which one you were going to. It’s a gated community and one of the security guards repeatedly gave us a hard time getting in even after we had a visitors pass. None of the other guards did.

Nice place

Very nice unit, quiet area. Enjoyed how close it was to the pool. Look forward to staying again next year. Everybody was friendly, especially Judy (the cleaning lady). We appreciated how homey and inviting the condo was.

A great place to stay in Orlanro

The host provided more than we paid for. We had seasoning to cook, laundry detergent, soap and tissue. These seem simple but often not given by hosts. From the security to the neighbours were friendly. Everything worked and the place was clean and just perfect for our family vacation. I will definitely stay again and the Karen the host even answered my text at midnight- very responsive. Do not hestitate- book the apartment you will love it.

Clean and quiet. Just what we needed for our trip.

This unit is clean and has a lovely quiet back balcony overlooking the golf course. The community pool is right across the parking lot and all residents were friendly and accommodating. Wonderful and affordable.

Excelente casa/condomínio! A casa é muito bem montada é equipada! Tudo funciona e é bem mantida! O condomínio onde a casa está é espetacular! Com todo o lazer que se possa imaginar. Fantastic !!

The condo was very clean and nice. If you enjoy watching golfers, this is the condo for you. The lanai is overlooking the 18th hole. The environment was very quiet and relaxing. Pool is just across the small Parking lot. Gated community. Very secure. The neighbors in the 4 plex were so friendly!! Karen, the owner was too! If you want the noisy, unfriendly atmosphere of a big resort don't come here but if you want the opposite this is the place. Close to shopping, Universal studios etc. I will certainly come back.

SUMMER 2016 - WILLOWPOINTE CIRCLE- VENTURA COUNTRY CLUB

I spent three weeks in this gated community condo with my sister, my son and my niece. The Condo was very neat and is in a very secure and quiet environment. All the appliances were functional, the wifi and tv always available, The residents we met were really friendly. A very good place to stay for people who are looking for a nice quiet place to stay. Apart from food stuff, every other thing needed to make your stay comfortable, was provided. You would need to rent a car though for easy accessibility to stores/malls/tourist attractions etc. Tourist attractions are not close by. The pool was always clean, and you can take leisurely walks around in peace. All in all, I would highly recommend this condo, for people like me who seek a quiet, peaceful and secure environment, to relax and just take things easy. NOTE though, that a car is a complete necessity and accessibility to the condo is not easy for wheelchair bound people, but is okay for certain groups of people with disabilities. Karen was just great! From the booking of the condo, till the end of the holiday, she always came through. Thank you so much. Highly highly recommended, especially so, if you have a car.

Ventura - Absolutely Amazing!!!

I spent four weeks at this condo and I don't have a single complaint. I was in Orlando for a month completing some graduate school work. The condo is quite spacious and has a beautiful view of the 18th hole of the golf course. It was very clean and provided all the accommodations I was looking for. The neighborhood provides many amenities and had great security. The pool is right across from the condo; and although I didn't use it, it looked very nice. The condo is conveniently located in the middle of Orlando which makes it a nice place to stay to see all of Orlando's attractions. The highways are nearby making it easy to get around this large city. Karen and Tim were absolutely amazing. I had the misfortune of having Hurricane Matthew pass by Florida while I was staying here. I am a Florida native but it is quite frightening to have a category 4 hurricane heading your way. Since the hurricane wasn't initially projected to hit Orlando, Karen was nice enough to allow my family to come up and stay with me from West Palm Beach to ride out the storm. Thankfully nothing happened but that gesture alone meant a lot to me. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay there again in the future!

Tim and Karen are avid travelers and stay in Florida during the winter and Wisconsin in the summer. We own Chocolate City Travel and have visited over 25 countries. We rent the condo out when we are not in Florida. We love Orlando. There is a lot to do besides the theme parks. Tim is also involved in the Horticulture industry (sales).

It is in a gated community and right on a golf course. Close to airport, Disney and Universal. Free Wi-Fi and Cable. We have King Bed. It is in a gated community where it is quiet and safe. We are close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and malls.
Great golf course and great view of 2nd tee from our screened in porch. We also have a desk and a wireless printer. So, you can work from the condo if you need to.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Close to Disney, Sea World, Universal and on an 18 hole golf course. Close to both the east and west coast. The air is always the best price coming into Orlando.
