This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car gargage home has been renovated through out the winter. All new carpet up and down, painted inside and out, new gas fireplace, porch has all new windows with tongue and groove cedar plus a new 10ft x 12 ft cedar deck off the upper porch, Mille Lacs 3bdrm home quiet bay w/lg level yard to dock. 4 season porch w/beautiful views & large deck for family gatherings. King size bed, Queen size Sleep Number bed, additional queen size and 2 comfortable futons for additional sleep space, Kayaks, New in 2026 a 52 foot outdoor Shuffle Board Game. Everybody has always loved this so we finaly got a new one installed. Cocktail style video game, Foosball Table, SLEEPS 10. Lots of movies & board games. 2 car detached garage for your boats, ATV's, Snowmobiles, car/truck. Close to Soo Line Trail for that ultimate 4 wheeling fun and more!!!

This property was everything as advertised. The view is wonderful. Our favorite pat of the home is the room at the back with entrance to the top deck. We would love to stay again some time.

This is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing vacation. The host is very responsive. The home was clean, spacious, and well organized. There is lots of space inside and out. There is also plenty of comfy furniture. The garage parking was a huge plus. Loved the dock with a bench. Perfect for relaxing and looking out over the lake.

The house was clean and very relaxing. Our family enjoyed traveling to the state parks that were close by. But our favorite part of our stay was being able to have lake access with kayaks and paddle boards to go out and adventure on the lake.

The view from this cabin is amazing. Everything was clean and well kept. The chairs on the upper deck showed a little wear, but everything else was first rate. The Shuffle Board set up was something you don't see very often. Fun! Short walk to the Father Hennepin State Park, definitely worth your time. Lots of games and DVD movies for those rainy days. Perfect weekend spent with siblings and their families/friends. There was plenty of room to separate from one another inside and outside with so many activities in both locations and large enough areas to hang out as a group. Spent a lot of time playing shuffleboard, watching the water, playing games and exploring the area.

Nice big yard right on the water, it was windy and cold so we didn’t spend a lot of time outside. The house was nice big and open so our whole crew could hang out. The host was great at communicating and worked hard to get stuff done outside before we got there.

We enjoyed staying at Tim's home. The home is located on a small, quiet bay on the south shores of Lake Mille Lacs. It is right on the edge of town and very close to Father Hennepin State Park. There was plenty of parking for our three vehicles and a boat trailer. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with most necessities. We did run out of toilet paper as only 1 roll was supplied in each of the bathrooms for a 3 night stay. We had to run to town to get Kleenex, paper towels and toilet paper. The clean, flat top griddle was in good working order and frequently used by our group of friends to make large, delicious meals. The new shuffle board got quite a bit of use as we battled to see who the champs are. The dock got plenty of use and was perfect to tie up the boat. We enjoyed the peaceful and calming environment to relax and recharge our batteries. We would definitely stay here again.

I was born in a small community and have always loved being near water. Being a realtor for roughly 20 years I have helped a lot of other people buy the perfect lake home and decided it was time to do it myself. I do real estate thru out all of MN and southern Florida where I also have a home on Marco Island that we rent out for people to vacation at and enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches, warm sunshine, awesome pool and all we have. I am all about family and very close to mine. Life is short so I hope in whatever you do, you enjoy life and whoever God has given you to enjoy it with!

I first purchased this home because my parents and I wanted a place on the lake with a level yard to the lake where they can fish off the dock. We looked for a couple years before we found this and from the moment we walked in knew it was right. Unfortunately my Dad has Alzheimer's and it was just to hard to make the adjustment so we decided instead of selling it we would keep and share it with others thru VRBO. This way family and ourselves can still use it as we are able. We hope you love it as much as we do!

We fell in love with this home the 1st time we pulled in the driveway. Looking at the level yard to the lake and seeing the beautiful bay area sold us immediately! We imagined the great fishing off the dock, playing yard games, fires at night, the large deck for our family and how cozy the home was. We felt blessed and after some discussion decided to make it available for others as we knew we wouldn't be there all year long. We are remodeling as we go trying to make it more comfortable for ourselves and those who choose to stay and visit our home. We have kayaks, commercial video game, numerous movies and other games as well available for everyone to use. We appreciate any feedback and or comments on how we can improve or maybe things you would like to see us change to make you stay more enjoyable and fun!
