Located in the heart of Asheville‘s eclectic and vibrant central business district, this third story loft allows our friends and guests to experience our Jewel of the city, in a very comfortable and convenient venue. This downtown retreat, is in one of Asheville’s Historic buildings from the early 1900s, and is located between Prichard Park and Pack Place.
With this location, all of Asheville‘s varied activities are within a few blocks distance. Our place is fitted with quality components and amenities to make your stay in Asheville memorable. Furnishings include a fully operational kitchen for friends and guests desiring to prepare some of their own meals, even though Asheville boasts many unique quality Restaurants and eateries.

My husband and I had an A+ experience! It really is an Asheville gem. Greg and Jen are excellent hosts! The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The bed is super comfy and the shower has good pressure. There are plenty of easily accessible plugs to charge phones and laptop which is a nice touch. It's the perfect place to come back to after a fun-filled day of exploring Asheville. The location can't be beat (so close to great restaurants, bars and shopping) and a reasonably priced parking garage is located just across the street. We look forward to staying there again soon! Big thanks!

Walking distance to all we need

The condo is great and in walking distance to all we needed. We didn't take our car out of the parking lot for 2 full days. Wonderful restaurants nearby and Jen and Greg were great hosts.

The little Asheville gem was perfect for our stay. The hosts were great with their communication, the place was very clean & there are tons of places within short walking distance. Definitely recommend this place!

Perfect location, lovely apartment!

This apartment was perfectly located in downtown Asheville within walking distance to amazing restaurants and shopping! It was also in close driving distance to great hiking as well as The Biltmore Estate. We truly enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here and this was a fantastic landing place. Everything you need for your stay is provided, the building is secure and quiet and although you can hear the nightlife outside, the sound machine in the bedroom drowns it out when you are ready to sleep! The communication with the owners was clear and prompt. We would love to visit again soon!

Excellent space for two in the heart of downtown

This property is in the heart of the city and was just perfect for the two of us. It was comfortable and quiet with easy access from each side of the building.

Asheville Concert

My wife and I came to Asheville to see a concert at Harrah's Cherokee Center. Our room was great!! The location was perfect. It was a 5 -10 minute walk to the concert. Excellant restaurants and shopping very close by. The room was very clean and easy to access. Easy parking across the street from the room. The Host, Greg and Jen, were very helpful in every way. We will be back!

we had the best snow filled trip! the owners were easily accessible for all questions, & super accommodating with all things. the location itself is walking distance to most shops & restaurants downtown. We will 100% stay here again, & recommend it to all of our friends!

Perfect place to explore downtown AVL

Beautiful condo in a great location! Highly recommend this gem for anyone exploring downtown on foot. Jen and Greg were extremely friendly and helpful, as were all of the Asheville locals we met around town.

Perfect Downtown Asheville Location!

We wanted a downtown location in the heart of Asheville and this was perfect! The location was great for easy walking to downtown restaurants and breweries! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the condo was the perfect landing pad for our adventures!

December Stay

This condo was pleasantly decorated and perfectly clean. Greg and Jen were very friendly and helpful. The information they sent us was useful and accurate. The location was perfect and made it easy to stroll down Broadway/Biltmore Street. Easy check-out. We would use this condo again with pleasure.

Awesome stay

Space was great and super clean. Location was central and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to. Would stay again next time in Asheville and highly recommend. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive.

My hubby and I are California natives and moved to GA. One of our first weekends away was to Asheville and we fell in Love! Its the perfect marriage of city and mountains! A city of unparalleled views and endless activities and eateries, it's our little piece of heaven! Our 4 kids are almost out of the "nest" at which time we plan full time residence in Asheville!
