I love the area! The neighborhood folks were super friendly, the neighborhood was beautiful, the home was cozy, and the stay was enjoyable! I will definitely be bk in the near future.

This was our 2nd time staying here. We LOVED it! 2 adults and 2 kids. Our son had camp at Mississippi Aquarium, so we spent a week. Our daughter absolutely LOVED spending hours on the front porch, reading and listening to music. Lori was very easy to get in touch with. We also enjoyed a trip to Ship Island and yummy ice cream in Long Beach. It was a wonderful week at a great house!

Great Relaxing Place

Property was perfect. Spacious and calming. Good neighborhood. Quiet at night. All the things you could want for a perfect beach stay. Owner was great with vacation guide and easy check in/out process.

Loved our stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia Beach Cottage. The neighborhood was quiet. The property was easy to get to and a great centralized location. The cottage was clean and well stocked with the essentials and a few unexpected extras. It was a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday!!

Warm and inviting

The overall atmosphere of our stay was both relaxing and inviting. The minute we walked in the front door we felt like we were at the beach. Clean and tidy. The Magnolia Beach Cottage was the perfect place for our family. 👍

Perfect!!

We have been visiting Gulfport for the past 10+ years and this property has been one of the best! The owners were great to work with and the property is in a great location. There were so many extras provided including a shed full of items that came in handy on the beach as well as a grill and full tank of propane. Thanks for an amazing stay!!!

Vacation

The property was very comfortable for myself, husband, adult daughter and 12 year old granddaughter! Very clean and the Kitchen is very well equipped. We walked to the beach and had a great time. Everything was top notch!

Perfect Beach Get Away

Our family stayed at the Magnolia Beach cottage for a week over the 4th of July. It was absolutely perfect! The house was super clean, had everything we needed and was less than one minute from the beautiful Mississippi Coast. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. We loved the Long Beach area and recommend you hit up the ice cream shop in downtown!
