Carriage House W/ Hot Tub! Near Starland Yard

Modern, stylish and efficient 'Carriage House' home with its own private front courtyard and hot tub. This home is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and large screen TV making it comfortable for long stays or short vacations.

​​​​​​​Parking is either free on the street or guests may use a private off street spot behind the carriage house.

The owners live in the main house in front and there is no shared space.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. We had a great stay! It was the perfect size and was close to everything. The house had everything we needed and was comfy and cozy! We will definitely stay here again on trips back to Savannah!

The carriage house was perfect for our stay in Savannah! Clean, well-cared for, and with more amenities than I was expecting, I can’t say enough positive things about the house itself. The location was great as well- we were easily able to walk to all of our favorite Midtown locations. Host was friendly and easy to work with. Would happily stay again!

The place would’ve been okay if it was clean. We booked the place for a week for our honeymoon, but had to request a refund and book another place after we arrived. Dirty blankets, leaking air vent above the toilet that drips on your head when using the restroom, and direct tv did not work in either bedroom. Also didn’t realize the washcloths were dirty until I went to wash my face this morning.

This spot was perfect! We were on a couples trip just to unwind for spring break and see the sites. None of us have ever been to Savannah and coming to this home was wonderful. It was the perfect size for us, and easy to get to and from shopping and excursions that we had planned. The hot tub really elevated the experience. Our host was very accommodating, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Definitely five stars! We look forward to coming back someday.

Great little house

I thought this place was great! Cute, very clean, perfect for our needs. Walking distance to some neat spots. Had everything we needed, and a very responsive host. Would absolutely stay there again!

Sisters Trip

The unit was perfect for our group of 3 sisters. The location was perfect as well. Close to downtown and River st. The few questions we did have were answered promptly. The jacuzzi topped it off! Would definitely stay again!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The owner gave very detailed instructions to where I didn’t need to bother them the whole trip. I highly recommend staying here.

Close to Savannah down town

Good base for exploring Savannah or Hilton Head. Carriage House is cute and well appointed. If only there was a larger, more comfortable bed. Hot tub was great.
