This was an awesome place to stay. It was 20 minutes from disney. Ria was great at responding to messages and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. I'm definitely going to stay there again.

The price was so reasonable for the quality and safety of the property. Communication was excellent and the location is great. Besides being on 20 minutes from the Disney parks, you can walk to a Publix, Acai Bowl, and many more stores. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful host. Very timely in responses. She checked on us during the stay to make sure everything was going well and we were enjoying our time. The condo was so nicely kept and pictures were right on point! The resort is beautiful and conveniently located to Disney and other attractions! We hope to be back next year!!

Excellent Vacation Getaway

The property was very clean well equipped for our family vacation. Plenty of room for 2 teens, 5 adults and 1 baby. Very great communication with the host and the property manager to address all our questions before and during our stay!

Great location for family vacation!

Great resort and home

We had an excellent vacation and really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Our property and home well excellent and well maintained. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The resort was excellent and pool area was fantastic. A great spot for kids and families. I would highly recommend this host.

Excellent host and communication. One of the cleaner units we have stayed in.

Stayed here for a trip to theme parks. Traffic to and from was ridiculous but this property and pool area were just what we hoped for. Highly recommend.

Great family vacation

My family and I stayed her for our vacation. We had a great time, pool was great, restaurants were really good as well. Close to universal and many other attractions. It was 7 of us total.

We are a family of three - Paul, Ria and Daniel - and live in the UK. We love Florida, there are so many different things to do and people are so friendly and helpful, and of course, the weather is superb.

We bought our Regal Palms house in May 2008 after seeing the resort advertised at a 'Place in the Sun' exhibition in April 2008. The photos on the advert looked fabulous, but the resort was even better in reality.

Even after all these years, we still love the resort and house and are lucky in that we are able to enjoy the house ourselves a few times a year.

We fell in love with the house and the resort when we saw the great facilities - lazy river, 2 heated pools, waterslide. We brought Daniel with us on our viewing trip as it was important that he liked the resort as well. The resort is perfect for us as it provides everything we need to keep our son and ourselves entertained on the 'rest' days and, in contrast to a villa with its own pool, provided him with the opportunity to play with other children.
