Our first time staying here. It was nice, the area is nice, the condo complex is as quiet and we had zero issues with others staying there. My biggest complaint, and I always complain about this typically, is that the water pressure was terrible. Making the showers terrible. The amount of time it took me to wash my hair was ridiculous and frustrating, the entire shower long experience was awful. Other than that, we had a great stay and the condo overall is very nice.

Sea Oats B106 was great. Clean, had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped. One of the best places we have stayed in Sea Oats. Host was great. Due to husband having emergency gallbladder surgery had to extend our stay and there was no hesitation when I made this request. Would love to stay again when we can enjoy more.

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! The location was perfect—situated between the lagoon and the beach, giving us easy access to both. The boys loved fishing in the lagoon and spending time at the beach.One of our favorite features was the pool right outside the balcony. It was nice to be able to relax while keeping an eye on the teens. Having covered parking directly underneath the condo was also very convenient and made coming and going easy.The building exterior is a bit dated, but the condo itself was comfortable and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the storage area, which included beach chairs, a wagon, a fishing net, and beach toys. Having those items available saved us valuable packing space.The condo was listed for sale during our stay, so we did need to accommodate a realtor showing and a prospective buyer once during the week. Fortunately, it was only a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact our vacation.Overall, this was a great place for our family, and we would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay.

Nice location and not too far from great eating places and shopping. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. Everything worked as it should and we were very pleased.

We loved the location as it was only a few minutes to the beach using the private access and the pool was very convenient and a great size as well. The check-in instructions could have possibly been a bit clearer as we did not realize that you had to enter the red door to travel up the stairs to the unit, as when we pulled into our (hiding) parking spot there was a door straight ahead with the unit number on it. I say “hiding” parking spot as our unit parking spot was under the AC units and built lower than all the rest and we drove around the parking lot 3x to find it. Also if your truck/vehicle is taller than a diesel with a leveling kit, you may not fit in this shorter unit spot (may also need to be added to description). The beds were comfortable, plenty of wash cloths/towels in the bathrooms, however would have liked a few more rags/hand towels. There are also zero spices which was unusual if every other place we have stayed with VRBO. The unit was decently clean, we did see a few roaches and some of the doors could use a good scrubbing but nothing concerning. The furniture in the living room would have been disappointing if we had more than 2 adults and 2 kids there (3 seater non-reclining couch, 2 wicker chairs and 4 dining room chairs). The location and amenities were definitely worth it tho! Would stay here again. The pet area/green area was great for our pup!

Great place near the beach!

Everything was great! This was our second trip to Gulf Shores. We enjoyed this property much better than the other property we rented. Everything was comfortable, clean, as well as spacious. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean, quiet, comfortable

It was a very relaxing stay. Check in was so convenient. Location is amazing. My 5 year old suggested the pool be heated. We will be back

Great vacation. Out of all vacation rentals we have stayed at this the first time I’ve had to buy garbage bags and toilet paper. I know it says in listing but a spare of each would have been helpful. Other than that loved the apartment would stay again!

Christmas getaway

It was a very nice and clean condo.Everything that we needed was there and clean the only thing that was missing was a chair in the master bedroom.we different needed one to sit on to put our shoes on but we managed and overall it was great. I was really impressed by the number of towels that were available for our stay All of the other guests were very friendly and very nice people

Had Everything

A very clean, well stocked and well located property. Wanting for none of the amenities and right across the street from the beach, with easy access, this place was perfect for our holiday weekend stay. The only drawback was the faint smell of cat box odor and the condition of the complex’s pool, which although clean, needs some repairs. Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Family time in the rain

We were very impressed with how clean the rooms were. The description on the internet was quite accurate. Even though it rained one day and was cloudy the next, we had a lot of fun and made many memories. We will return!!

Vacation with grandkids

The location was great and the unit was roomy and comfortable. Could have used a couple of bigger pots to cook in. The water pressure is not the best. The worst thing about the place was having a flying bat show up in the master bedroom one morning. Don’t know where it came from or how it got in cuz we never left any doors open.

Winter reprieve

The property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils to prepare our own meals. The proximity to the ocean was very nice. We had a good stay. The only negative during our stay was that there were occupants in the unit above us with 4 children ranging from 2 to teenager and they were running around above us sometimes until 10:30/11:00 at night. We’re not sure we would rent the unit again. We might look for an upper unit to avoid having people romping above us.

Overall good. Loved the lift on the patio to get items up to condo. Furniture not comfortable. Door lock worked, but needs attention or change. Great responses to help with broken outdoor chair. Would reserve again if we could manage the stairs better.

A Great unit for Family Vacation

This is a cute little unit. We found everything to be in good condition considering the age of the property. Be aware of the power recliner that is positioned against the wall. The wall behind it has been damaged by use of the chair. That was the only issue that I had with the unit itself. Easy access to the beach and plenty of outdoor showers. Pool is wonderful, too

Great location

We stayed here for my son’s baseball World Series. It was conveniently located close to the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores sports complex. The condo was clean except a-lot of sand on the floors. I guess that is to be expected. The AC takes about 1.5 days to cool down to a temp below 70. The beds are comfortable. The decor is minimal. There is only one couch so not a lot of seating for a large family. I would stay at this complex again but probably a different unit.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your vacation experience with us. It's wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the property and nearby attractions, despite the few issues you mentioned. We have assessed the issues, as our goal is for each guest to thoroughly enjoy their stay. During peak season, the majority of the AC systems will have a hard time keeping up with temperatures below 73 due to the temperature and ongoing opening and closing of doors. However, please know that we have assessed the system to ensure it is working properly.
