We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area. House and grounds has many amenities, a real nature wonderland.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It had absolutely everything from the dishwasher to kitchen appliances to being well stocked with essentials to being roomy and well appointed to the lovely fenced in yard and wonderful gardens where we could sit outside and let our dog run free. And it was close to every site we wanted to see and within walking distance of restaurants. We met the owner and Caesar was more than a gracious host. Besutiful place for a stay,

Perfect place for a family

Great spot close to downtown Phoenixville

We had a lovely time here, walking distance to downtown Phoenixville and a nice trail along the river nearby. We had plenty of room to spread out for a small family gathering. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely farm house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this historic farmhouse. The Phoenixville restaurant scene downtown was great.

Great place for small group

This house has it all for a small group. Gardens were beautiful. House was immaculate. Comfortable beds for 6. Close to Bridge St. Will definitely be coming back.

Lovely, historic home

Lovely, roomy, duplex property, thoughtfully decorated, impressively clean. All the feelings of home. Gracious home owners were attentive and responsive, and it was evident that they extend great effort to make guests feel welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great house, clean and as shown in the pictures. We vacationed here for a short post Xmas get away and to host a small family gathering. House was already decorated for Xmas which made it nice for our lunch party. Ceasar was great and left an extra folding table for us to use. The house is a twin and is took us a minute to figure that out, it is the left side unit of the house.

Already planning to return

From opening the door until locking to leave, our stay was great. The listing is accurate, the space is clean and well kept. The location is safe and offers a short walk to downtown which we did throughout our stay. We were in town for a wedding, and we’re already discussing our next visit to see our friends and using this as our rental. Thanks for being a great owner!

Wedding Weekend Visit

My family and I stayed in this home during a family wedding weekend. The home was clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces. We did not get a chance to visit the town that was nearby because we had so many wedding activities. We may have to return to enjoy the shops and restaurants that are nearby. It looked like a fun little town. We would highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area. You will love it!!
