Las Conchas

Booking and check in were easy. Communication with the manager was not easy, we checked in Friday, house was not as nice as it looked online. Saturday night, we had no water, i sent the manager "Carolina", a text letting her know the situation, sunday morning still no answer, i waited to call her at 7 a.m.,no answer, so i sent another text, she then sa8d they would take care of it, 3 1/2 hours later, still no water. We had to pay $100 out of pocket to get water sent.

amazing location

The location was excellent close to the ocean great view from the balcony. Had all basic necessities. Ran out of water a couple of times, but that was only because we had a large group of people and some of them took long showers so the water tanks could not keep up. Comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again.

Vacation

This is by far the best experience we've had at a vacation rental . Place was easy to get to, easy access to get in. Big gated front yard to fit several cars. There was a concern with upstairs lightning however i called Carolina and she sent a repair gentleman in minutes and it got fixed. I highly recommend it. We will definitely go back

Disappointed with our experience

The ocean view and access was the only good thing to say about this property. There was no hot water, limited working electrical outlets, no downstairs air conditioning, broken toilets, and ant invested. The price charged per night would indicate a higher expectation for amenities and cleanliness.

THE CLEANING LADY WAS NICE BUT OVER ALL IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

Their barbecue grill was just an old rusted grill on top of 4 bricks, we ran out of water 2 days in a row and they did not fixed the problem , I had to fixed the problem myself, doors in bathrooms did not lock, bathroom sinks were clogged, master bath light did not work, fridge was not working and they replaced it with an older one but that one was working ok, overall the house is a peice of crap.

The place needs lots of work. Especially the bathrooms. We got what we paid for.

Nice location, property needs work

Most of the doors inside the property do not open/close properly. The window unit in one of the bedrooms did not work properly. The windows did mot all deal properly and bugs could get in. We cleaned when we arrived because it was not very clean. (Could be lack of use) The shower is a pipe coming from the wall, no shower head, very little water pressure in the whole house. There were minimal kitchen items (few utensils, pots/pans, no blender/toaster) There were very few towels. The staircase was dangerous (gaps, uneven) Spacious with plenty of room for many people. If you aren’t spending time in the house, other than to sleep, it will work. Take pictures when you arrive and leave. We are being accused of stealing linens.

Great beachfront location

Great location, but property needs major updating. Based on other reviews we read before we left, we brought everything we needed with us. There's not much to work with in the kitchen. After all, we had a great time on the beach in Las Conchas.

This property is not accurate, this property needs work to be used as a rental.

Needs to be updated....first off, maps were wrong and messaged many times for maps and or directions and nothing till minutes away from Rocky Point. Check in was at 4pm (I got a text that it was ready for check in at 3pm but still got there by 4pm) the cleaning lady was still there and didn’t finish till 5:50pm waited until she left to really unload car. I had to call/text many times because we couldn’t get in (door code was wrong), broken toilet, needs toiletries, only 3 towels in the whole house (10 people checked in but house sleeps 16), kitchen needs work.. dish soap dispenser there but no soap to wash anything (dishes, hands) there’s a microwave there for doesn’t work. No hot water till I called and complained (fixed next day after 12pm) Empty lot next door, so outside people come in (through your property) and park and walk through to go to the beach. Bedrooms need better sheets especially mattresses (hard as a rock) needs to be updated. Last but not least the grill is bad.....no really considered a grill.
