Location was a 10 for sure beach was wonderful. House was outstanding and great for a large group plenty of beds for everybody, but the best part was the beautiful, great room and kitchen, which allowed family members to work together to prepare meals with plenty of space. With 12 people we did not feel cramped or crowded at all plus the house was stocked with everything you could possibly need it was fun for the kids to go through all the cabinets and find things to play with we all had a wonderful time and will be sure to return next year. lastly, that second fridge in the garage was a lifesaver plenty of room to store all your drinks. thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

There is nothing like being in a house on the beach! The house had been newly remodeled and upgraded- absolutely stunning! Our family amazing time we can’t wait to go back. Owner was very extremely accommodating. Don’t second guess this one it’s worth it. Top Rating!

We stay in these villas every year for a trip that we host some clients. It's always in great shape and perfectly located between beach, pool and open grass areas. Highly recommend.

Beautiful beachfront villa

Enjoyed our stay. Being within footsteps from the ocean was amazing. Everything was as described on property listing. Property manager Neil was easy to communicate with.

Great house great host

This property was as amazing as it looks in the pictures. The host was awesome and very responsive with anything we needed. I will definitely be booking this again for next year.

Very comfortable and clean. SueAnn is really nice to deal with

This is probably our 4th year staying in SueAnn's villa. It is very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. The weather was not the greatest but we had a good time.
