Beautiful, unobstructed views of East Lake Okoboji - INCLUDES 6 daily passes to the waterpark (when open - $168 daily value). 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with 1900+ square feet. The Coronado building is the closest in proximity to the waterparks, restaurants, bars, zipline and playground. This is a family friendly resort that has an indoor AND outdoor waterpark, basketball courts, arcade, zip lines and restaurants. Only a short drive from Arnold's Park amusement park, museums, live entertainment, and of course, boating and lake activities. You will never want to leave our home away from home!

*Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, cooking utensils, coffee maker and dinning wares)
*Linens and towels will be provided to guests for in-unit use.
*Pool towels are available at Boji Splash Waterpark / pool.
*Beach towels are not provided.
*Toiletries will be included
*WiFi connection available.
*Clean and well maintained.
*No pets allowed.
*Smoking not allowed inside or on patio/deck/balcony.
*Use of boat hoist will be considered for an extra charge of $110/night based on experience and availability - message owners to request.
This is a family friendly environment, and we hope to keep it that way. Because of this and HOA rules we DO NOT allow large groups celebrating bachelor / bachelorette (even if party is off-site). Evidence of failure to follow property rules will result in additional costs to guests or even termination of rental without refund. This property is monitored by exterior video/audio surveillance.

Okoboji

Nice condo. Very well equipped. Great view of the lake. Had some issues, but nothing earth shattering. The oven was filthy. Called the owner, an someone was there within an hour. Impressive. I do however wonder when the last time it was cleaned. I hope the people who rent this condo next year enjoying the BRAND NEW GAS GRILL.

Family weekend stay

We all thought the place was even nicer in person which is nice because sometimes places make it look at lot nice in pictures then it is in person. Communication with the owners was great as well.

Family Fun

8 of us stayed including my husband and I, grown children and spouses and 7 year old granddaughter. Great view of lake. Beautiful condo with plenty of room, plenty of towels and fully stocked kitchen. We all loved it!

Should have stayed longer

Great property and location. Loved the access to the water park and proximity to Arnolds Park. Only suggestion is a cart to move luggage would be helpful.

Great location in Okaboji

Nice large place to stay for our group. We had young kids with us and it was a nice place to spread out in between activities. We were able accommodate little kids with naps while still being able to use the space for older kids/adults.

Family Christmas Gathering

The condo was great and worked well for our family of 13 (6 adults and 7 kids ages 12-4). It was our first time to the Okoboji area; it was mid January - it was a very cold weekend and the crowds were minimal. We arrived on Friday late afternoon/evening and left Sunday morning. The Boji Splash water park was very busy, but the water for the 2 large slides, pool with basketball & lily pads and the lazy river was freezing due to a boiler problem, but we made the best of it. We tried a couple restaurants and the food, drinks and service was fantastic at both. Our family time in the condo was great, we enjoyed movies, games, decorating cookies and just being together making memories! We will definitely be back to this area.

Renovation disappointment

We were very disappointed with the renovations going on with with building. I rented this property because of the beautiful deck… but no deck to sit outside/relax and enjoy the lake. No curtains up on the windows so we could not sit in the living room with the sun in our eyes for many hours. The dryer was not working properly. The afternoon we checked in was a terrible storm so with wet clothes a working dryer would have been beneficial. My daughter in law was trying to get into the building and debris from the workers flew at her and she had a terrible cut on her leg. With three toddlers and lumber all along the hallways it was definitely a safety concern. Like I said I am very disappointed that I was not informed about the renovations when I booked this property. I probably would have looked into another property but was not given that opportunity. I do appreciate the owners did refund 15 percent. I personally feel with all the safety concerns, men on ladders outside the windows, and equipment all around the building all condos in this building should not be rented out till work is completed. Thank you.

Nice lakeside property

This was perfect for our group of 8. We had all the amenities and room that we needed and for a great price. Would recommend.

Wonderful spot for group

We had 6 adults and 8 children and this property offered plenty of space and supplies to accommodate everyone. Great location for us as we went in the off season and did the indoor water park. Very lovely property with no issues. Very well maintained.

relaxing family weekend

We were looking for somewhere to go that would hold our family. that was inexpensive and this was perfect, the view was perfect, the condo was beautiful. I was worried about extra pillows and blankets so I brought some and they weren't needed, we had more then needed for our family. We would recommend this again. The water park passes were a plus for the littles in our group. Thank you.

Excellent Accommodations

We were very pleased with this condo. We had plenty of room for our large group. Kitchen is well appointed with plenty of dishes and silverware for 18 guests. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows. We enjoyed the water park. The charge for extra guests(since we were more than six) was only $6 per person. We highly recommend this home!

Great place for a family getaway with small children!

Our overall experience was fabulous! The condo was very clean and the managers were readily available when we needed them. The waterpark was only partially open due to limited staff, but was good enough for the small children we had.

Great Time

This is a wonderful place for a family retreat. The view is fantastic and the unit is nicely arranged and comfortable. Hosts responded within minutes of my asking a question online. Would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone.

Way better in person!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. We’ve stayed at lots of VRBOs across the US and this was one of our favorite. It’s just comfortable. You can really tell the difference between a VRBO that is just an investment property and a vacation home. This condo literally had everything and more you could think of. The view. It’s incredible and the pictures don’t do it justice. Panoramic lake views. The sunsets were the best I’ve every seen. The beds we used were super comfortable. The living room furniture, although not super updated, was so very comfortable. The kitchen is STOCKED. Everything we needed we had. One downfall was some days the water park was annoyingly busy. Like my kids wanted to leave busy. It’s really nice there is a quiet condo pool to use and we did take advantage of that a couple of times. You will not be disappointed at all with this condo. Just book it…if you’re lucky enough to find it available. :-) The only thing I’d add (and this is me being nit-picky) is maybe some more comfortable deck furniture. We loved having coffee or a sunset drink out on the deck and it would have been nice to have a comfortable patio chair or couch to sit on. Again…this is the only thing I could think to add to upgrade the experience. Thankful I came across this place and we’ll be back for sure!!
