Beautiful, unobstructed views of East Lake Okoboji - INCLUDES 6 daily passes to the waterpark (when open - $168 daily value). 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with 1900+ square feet. The Coronado building is the closest in proximity to the waterparks, restaurants, bars, zipline and playground. This is a family friendly resort that has an indoor AND outdoor waterpark, basketball courts, arcade, zip lines and restaurants. Only a short drive from Arnold's Park amusement park, museums, live entertainment, and of course, boating and lake activities. You will never want to leave our home away from home!

*Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, cooking utensils, coffee maker and dinning wares)
*Linens and towels will be provided to guests for in-unit use.
*Pool towels are available at Boji Splash Waterpark / pool.
*Beach towels are not provided.
*Toiletries will be included
*WiFi connection available.
*Clean and well maintained.
*No pets allowed.
*Smoking not allowed inside or on patio/deck/balcony.
*Use of boat hoist will be considered for an extra charge of $110/night based on experience and availability - message owners to request.

Incredible property!

This unit was amazing! Out on the deck you are completely private from anyone other than those out on the lake. Large unit that housed and slept 13 of us comfortably. We loved all the amenities and the access to the lake. We are considering an annual return!

Great place to stay! We had a wonderful vacation with 12 people (extended family with adults and late teenage kids). The condo fit us perfectly with plenty of room. With our family we tend to cook most of our own meals while hanging out together. This unit was loaded with most anything you would need for cooking. The BBQ was more like a “blackstone griddle” which worked great for us as we used it for breakfast and dinner meals. This feels more private than other similar units because of the building location. We would come back here again.We also rented the boat lift which was a great as the kids were quickly able to take out the boat anytime to go fishing or water sports right in front of the condo.

Our friend group of 7 ladies had a great time in Okoboji. The place was beautiful, plenty of beds and well stocked. Looking out over the water was so relaxing. All agree it would be fun to come again when more places are open and could enjoy the pool and lake.

Nice place. Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working and 2 TVs not working Notified Dan and a tech came out to check the air. Dan drove a few hours to bring Roku remotes. The owners had no control over the air breaking down. Fortunately the weather was cool so not too uncomfortable without air conditioning.

Family weekend stay

We all thought the place was even nicer in person which is nice because sometimes places make it look at lot nice in pictures then it is in person. Communication with the owners was great as well.

Perfect Vaca with the family

Great location in Okaboji

Nice large place to stay for our group. We had young kids with us and it was a nice place to spread out in between activities. We were able accommodate little kids with naps while still being able to use the space for older kids/adults.

Family Reunion

The space and location are awesome. Beautiful view of the lake and convenient to Waterpark and Bridges of the Bay restaurants. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work the first night. When I contacted owners to see if we could check in a bit early, they did let me know. Air Conditioner was replaced on our 2nd day so by that afternoon it had cooled off. The washer and dryer doors had lots of blue tape on them. We realized the doors needed to be taped closed to operate. That was a bit weird. It is a lake place so we don’t expect it to be perfectly clean but we did see cobwebs, Leftover food containers in refrigerator, etc. We would recommend pest control as there were a lot of spiders. We found them in living room and bedrooms. Granddaughter had a big spider bite after sleeping in bunk bed room. We did have an amazing family reunion. We were comfortable and would recommend a stay.

Great property and location. Loved the access to the water park and proximity to Arnolds Park. Only suggestion is a cart to move luggage would be helpful.

Amazing Weekend!

Everything at this property was excellent...It was clean with a great atmosphere...made us feel comfortable right away. View was spectacular, and Dan & Krista were great and communicated right away when we had questions... would stay there again and again!

Nice condo. Very well equipped. Great view of the lake. Had some issues, but nothing earth shattering. The oven was filthy. Called the owner, an someone was there within an hour. Impressive. I do however wonder when the last time it was cleaned. I hope the people who rent this condo next year enjoying the BRAND NEW GAS GRILL.

Family Christmas Gathering

The condo was great and worked well for our family of 13 (6 adults and 7 kids ages 12-4). It was our first time to the Okoboji area; it was mid January - it was a very cold weekend and the crowds were minimal. We arrived on Friday late afternoon/evening and left Sunday morning. The Boji Splash water park was very busy, but the water for the 2 large slides, pool with basketball & lily pads and the lazy river was freezing due to a boiler problem, but we made the best of it. We tried a couple restaurants and the food, drinks and service was fantastic at both. Our family time in the condo was great, we enjoyed movies, games, decorating cookies and just being together making memories! We will definitely be back to this area.

Way better in person!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. We’ve stayed at lots of VRBOs across the US and this was one of our favorite. It’s just comfortable. You can really tell the difference between a VRBO that is just an investment property and a vacation home. This condo literally had everything and more you could think of. The view. It’s incredible and the pictures don’t do it justice. Panoramic lake views. The sunsets were the best I’ve every seen. The beds we used were super comfortable. The living room furniture, although not super updated, was so very comfortable. The kitchen is STOCKED. Everything we needed we had. One downfall was some days the water park was annoyingly busy. Like my kids wanted to leave busy. It’s really nice there is a quiet condo pool to use and we did take advantage of that a couple of times. You will not be disappointed at all with this condo. Just book it…if you’re lucky enough to find it available. :-) The only thing I’d add (and this is me being nit-picky) is maybe some more comfortable deck furniture. We loved having coffee or a sunset drink out on the deck and it would have been nice to have a comfortable patio chair or couch to sit on. Again…this is the only thing I could think to add to upgrade the experience. Thankful I came across this place and we’ll be back for sure!!

Beautiful Condo for a Family Vacation

This condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing lake view. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were perfect for our family of five. The AC was a welcomed relief during the extreme heat of the week which was such a blessing. The only issue we had was that the condo pools had not even been filled this summer and the outside waterpark was only open between 12:00 - 6:00pm one of the four days we were there. (Due to a lifeguard shortage per the Water Park staff and Hotel staff). Since there was no other lake access for swimming, this was really disappointing and significantly affected our plans for relaxing by the pools and enjoying the water. Krista and Dan were made aware of the situation, and responded quickly, letting us know that the HOA was working on a resolution. I'm sure that once things are "back to normal" and there isn't a shortage of staff willing to work at the restaurants and the pools, next summer will be better. It was kind of "the story of our vacation." Arnolds Park, along with other stores and activities all shut down because of the heat advisory. Restaurants were short staffed and ran out of a variety of food items because they couldn't get their supplies in a timely manner. Again, I want to make clear that this wasn't Dan and Krista's fault, it was just the way things happened this year. Again, their condo is well equipped for a great family vacation and was immaculate and clean.
