Beautiful, unobstructed views of East Lake Okoboji - INCLUDES 6 daily passes to the waterpark (when open - $168 daily value). 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with 1900+ square feet. The Coronado building is the closest in proximity to the waterparks, restaurants, bars, zipline and playground. This is a family friendly resort that has an indoor AND outdoor waterpark, basketball courts, arcade, zip lines and restaurants. Only a short drive from Arnold's Park amusement park, museums, live entertainment, and of course, boating and lake activities. You will never want to leave our home away from home!
*Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, cooking utensils, coffee maker and dinning wares)
*Linens and towels will be provided to guests for in-unit use.
*Pool towels are available at Boji Splash Waterpark / pool.
*Beach towels are not provided.
*Toiletries will be included
*WiFi connection available.
*Clean and well maintained.
*No pets allowed.
*Smoking not allowed inside or on patio/deck/balcony.
*Use of boat hoist will be considered for an extra charge of $110/night based on experience and availability - message owners to request.
This is a family friendly environment, and we hope to keep it that way. Because of this and HOA rules we DO NOT allow large groups celebrating bachelor / bachelorette (even if party is off-site).
