This is a great property for peace and quiet. Not too far from town and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The hot tub is a nice touch after a long day of mountain driving. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

This cabin is exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. The appliances were top of the line. The deck was amazing. Except when sleeping we were there enjoying the beautiful weather and the hot tub. We will book this rental again.

If you are looking for peace and seclusion look no further. Wonderful cozy cabin with an incredible array of cooking appliances to cook meals at night time. My wife and I got this cabin to star gaze on her birthday and it did not disappoint!

Wonder cabinet, loved the location, peaceful and quiet . Cabin was well stocked with everything you need. Comfortable beds and very nice and clean. We will definitely be back!

The description on VRBO said it was 1 minute walk to downtown Marlinton. When I questioned the host, he responded with the correct information promptly. It is a fabulous place!

The cabin was nice. Lots of things were provided like laundry pods, salt/pepper and other condiments. The washer and dryer worked well but for me they were in a bad location. They were in the bathroom and right up against the toilet making for a bit of aggravation going to the bathroom.

Cabin was clean, excellent kitchen appliances and washer/dryer, comfortable bed. Perfect location against Monongahela forest with lots of quiet and privacy. Mountain road has curves but not a bad drive to nearby Marlinton.

This property is amazing if you are looking to get away from the world. Beautiful scenery and setting. The log home was absolutely beautiful. The host was very accommodating. Highly recommend. I plan to stay again.

Very nice place! Only concern is the spiral staircase leading up to the loft. Hard for older folks and maybe children to manage. A straight staircase would be much better in serving the guests. This should be noted in the description and/or photos so guests can see it.

Well worth the cost! Privacy with all of the creature comforts. Enjoying the night sky from the hot tub was a highlight. The location against the Monongahela National Forest provided perfect hiking opportunities. The decor was the perfect added touch.

Weekend getaway

Our weekend was amazing! The cabin was so cozy. Especially enjoyed the fireplace and the great kitchen. The hot tub in the snow was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.

This was an absolutely lovely property with a fully upgraded kitchen and great amenities like a working hot tub, cozy living room, washer/dryer, and the most beautiful views. The host was very helpful and responsive. Would totally recommend this property and will revisit soon!

Great Spot

Amazing location, at 3300 ft. of elevation everything was cool and breezy even in July. Really convenient to lots of hiking spots. Including a trail straight off the back of the cabin.

Wonderful getaway

This lovely home was charming and peaceful, and had all the amenities we needed. The grounds and cabin are gorgeous and well maintained. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much, Craig. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful cabin, great views!

We had the most amazing stay! The cabin was the perfect layout for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed. At first I was worried about being about ~15 minutes outside of town, but the drive to/from the cabin is so beautiful that we loved it! Craig was a responsive and helpful host. We would love to come back!
