The GULCH is a great location. The neighborhood is wonderfully loaded with restaurants and shopping. The location can get you anywhere by walking or a quick carshare. We walked to Broadway and to Midtown (Vanderbilt) from this spot. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It's very industrial with a view. Loved it and would stay in this area again .. for sure

Gulch Stay

We were very pleased with our stay. Unit was on a prime location and within walking distance to numerous places including Broadway and Ryman Auditorium as well as various museums. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place for a short trip

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shopping. Great communication from the hosts!

Great find in the Gulch

I visit Nashville regularly and this was one of my favorite places to stay. Great neighborhood and convenient to the entire city.

When I look for comfort in any place I stay I expect 1) a comfortable bedroom which includes adjustable air flow, light & dark availability, a comfortable bed. 2) a working, roomy bathroom which includes plenty of light, plenty of space to put your toiletries, a safe-feeling shower and nothing to impede your mobility around the bathroom. This unit is nice but the bathroom is the main reason I give it a 2 out of 5. The bedroom helped keep it a 2. The living room, dining area and kitchen are impressive and comfortable (hence the 2 stars) but I used the bedroom bathroom way more. Put the same into the bed/bath and you’ll have a nice unit. Unfortunately it will be a nice unit in a crumbling building. Because the elevator is painfully slow, if you’re just on the 2 floor it’s no big deal to take the stairs but some of those are crumbling; someone’s going to get hurt. I won’t even go into the parking and the hassle the Metropolis parking system was. I’m just responding to your request for an opinion. I don’t do social media so I won’t be posting anything about my stay. It’s a nice little unit and I wish it well. It’s just not for me. Thanks.

Fabulous location

Great location, short walk to broadway and midtown with all the gulch attractions right out your door. Loft had all the basics and was a perfect home-base for seeing lots of Nashville.

Location location location

Close to lots of restaurants. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Loved the place. Lots of windows, great view of the city, safe part of town etc.

Gulch Loft

Loft was just as advertised. Easy walk to downtown and the Gulch area was great as well. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Perfect Location

This loft is fantastic. It's in a safe and secure area of town close to so many restaurants and bars. We walked everywhere from this location and had so much fun. The apartment is clean, spacious and full of amenities. Can't wait to return.

Great location in Nashville

Cool accommodation, close to good restaurants and a short distance to incredible music venues. My only gripe would be about the lack of a tv bigger the the average computer monitor with no local channels available.

Great setup with a great location!

Everything you need to enjoy a weekend in Nashville. Nice kitchen setup, a spacious loft for a few people, and a great view. Having two bathrooms was also nice for a small group. Great access to the gulch and a short walk (10-15 minutes) from Broadway.
