I’ve stayed at this perfect house four times. Hosts are so gracious and helpful. If you’re traveling near central MS, I can’t recommend Big Green enough.

Very friendly, house is very clean with pristine property and easy access to town. The house has everything you need or want for a vacation, business trip or a romantic weekend or romantic time away with your significant other.

The low rating for this property by this guest is inaccurate. He did not adhere to the rules and caused property damage. There was a smoke smell in the home although there are “No Smoking” signs posted and written in the rules. There was a damaged farm door, cigar burn on the pillow and pillowcase, cigar remnants in the bedroom, stained wall, stained couch cushion, and lost tv remote control when he and his family left. Then he checked out hours after the checkout.

Excellent accommodations

We were looking for a place to stay with short notice and found the Big Green. Extremely satisfied with our stay. Stephanie and her husband were there to greet us and were gracious hosts. The house is very modern with all the essentials, highly recommend!

Big Green Perfection

What a perfect home base for golf and fishing. Owners are fantastic. We had an awesome time and I can’t wait to come back. Book it; you’ll love it too.

Big Green

Very Nice

The cabin was far bigger then I expected. It was clean and cozy with nice furniture!! We will book it again next time we are down there! Also, do yourself a favor and check out Blake’s Seafood for dinner, you’ll thank me later!!

So Peaceful

The property was beautiful. It was perfect for my spouse, myself and our 13 year old son. We had family stop by and hang out with us for dinner and there was lots of space for the little ones to play and the adults too. Stephanie and Carlous are amazing hosts. I’m confident we will book here again when we are visiting our family or home for holidays.

It was exactly what we needed. Only recommend updating GPS location. Entrance is difficult to see at night. You'll pass it up before you know. Maybe simple reflectors on each side of the drive......?

Clean, easy to come and go, great hosts!

We loved this spot for our early Thanksgiving trip to Mississippi. Stephanie and Carlous are extremely helpful and easy to reach. The property is clean and all needed information is easily accessible. We have plenty of space for our family of 4, plus my sister stayed with us one night. We loved the firepit and having a grill to cook out was great! About 10 minutes from the town of Philadelphia. We will stay here again.

Communication and Action

The couple that run this place are super great at communicating. If you had any problems they were swinging by to fix it. Although the beds were super hard and uncomfortable, they did state they would upgrade them. The shower was my husband and I’s favorite part. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family Thanksgiving

My large extended family rented both of these homes for our family Thanksgiving. It was GREAT! The entire family loved it. The owners are very nice! The rentals are extremely clean. We will be back!
