Hi Jamy, Thanks for your feedback!!! For future improvements that are coming in order of priority: new Roof is first then new windows and landscaping already have plans for the back and also for front as well the cars and sm trailer will be sold soon. Not sure how you got stuck on 3 channels but had you sent me a text I could have talked you thru the remote for premium channels and local ones too!!! Always ask for help first a simple text fixes a multitude of questions or concerns!!! Thanks again for your feedback! Lance

Thanks Noreen for your feedback and your concerns, (also written in my home description most of my guests don’t read them not sure if you did!) please allow me to address them: anyway: My impact windows are in the slow process of purchasing and permitting, the manufacturing is still months behind from Covid. Please be patient!!! Yes I have temporally lowered the shutters on the east side. Lighting inside the rooms is more than ample!! ( you are the first to mention it, I was unaware of the weird factor, a simple text and asking why, would have been great!) this is for my guests and my privacy during a renovation project to my airstream trailer that when complete will be accessible to my guests and sleep 2-4! I do stay in it when I have guests staying and I am in town, on and off for a couple months a year! This by no means impacts my guests stay!!! Otherwise I’m working my other listing in NC again constant upgrades, it will be a gem in the woods!!! Please ask for a link or check my profile for a link!!! Parking there is plenty of space for three cars as per my description, I do have a couple covered cars parked (they were rented out on Turo app I no longer do that) and am selling those vehicle’s so they will be off the drive!!! Not in pics as they are not a permanent feature and will be gone soon (engine check light fix’s to be done) a small cargo trailer will also be removed as well!!! Thanks again for your concerns I hope I have addressed them and put your mind at ease! Hi Kristen, Thanks for your feedback! Please allow me to address your concerns!!! As stated in my home description there are four bedrooms of which one doubles as a home office and has a pullout queen bed it also mentions a curtiam for privacy!!! I have noticed that a lot of my guests don’t read my description I don’t think this should be a reason for a poor review!!! I have 99 5 star reviews on another listing site!!! I do supply coffee for my guests along with three different coffee makers one being a Keurig I did leave you a reusable pod that you put the coffee into it’s a single serve option, a drip machine with filters and a cappuccino maker Cuban style coffee!!! I do try to accommodate my guests needs !!! I did not get a message that the hot tub was not hot otherwise it would have been addressed asap my apologies but I was not aware!! Since your stay a brand new Hot Tub has been installed and is awesome! With the bodywash had I been notified you had none, you would have had it delivered to the front door within the hour!!! On your next stay I will provide any body wash of your choice and the Keurig coffee flavor of your choice I’ll even throw in a bottle of you favorite wine and some chocolate or cheese and crackers to complement the wine!!! Thank you Joseph for your review. All feedback is welcome, although confusing when I read it. I just hope future guests don’t misinterpret your feedback!!! For your future stays always address any concerns directly the the host asap so the host can make good on any repairs or requests you might have no matter how odd they may seam. The host job is the give their guests the best possible stay and experience they can!!! An unhappy guest is last thing any host wants!!! Please notify the host if you have concerns!!! A poor review does not address any concerns only contacting the host can!!! I do also see that you are brand new to the world of short term renting! I was unaware that you found my home to be unsatisfactory for your needs as we do go above and beyond to give my guests the best possible experience! I am happy to address a few of your concerns! The home was bought as a 3 bedroom home I did add a 4th bedroom with a comfy queen bed! And yes it does also have the washer dryer in that space that is hidden behind a curtain. it is also the coolest and quietest of all the bedrooms! The 3rd bedroom does double as a office with a full queen size pullout many of my guests have found the quiet office a huge bonus for working from home and the need for a private space! The garage is a private space I use for storage and house keeping and is not available to my guests! I do my best to give my guests a complete private stay but I did need access to my garage one day and had asked if it was ok with you at that time you said it was fine! Parking, there is plenty of room for three cars as listed, I do have a couple cars parked and am in the process with selling them after no longer using them on Turo a app to rent private cars, I was previously renting them to my guests and others but no longer have the time for that! The second fridge that is a Subzero did take a dive I believe it is the compressor and they want $2500 to replace it, as It is a second fridge I will either remove it or save up to get it repaired they are 10k to replace so its still a tough choice as you could imagine! The digital light switches are simple to use I would have been happy to show you had you asked a simple double tap brings it to full brightness and the little bar adjusts the brightness, a press and hold will allow the light to dim down slowly so as to get into bed when you can still see! TV is a HP I did not know the year of its production! It was $4k when new still works perfect with a great picture it has a built in sound bar that is super loud, you are the first and I'm sure the last that would know the production year of a TV! Yes we have Basic cable and along with that are Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime, Hbo etc and 200 other channels to choose from, again I would have been more than happy to show how to work a TV and the remote which voice command for ease of use no reading glasses optional! The roku has since been removed since the cable box already had access to all the premium chanels just like any smart TV! Second bathroom the receptacle for the hair dryer etc is behind the heated no fog mirror, again had you asked I would have let you know the location no prob! Beds, there are two king beds and two queens of which one is a pullout and very comfy by the way! Hot tub yes you are correct the temp is at the factory setting and I am unable to change the temperature due to a previous guest using a knife to adjust the temp damaged it beyond repair I am still searching ebay for a new control module as the manufacturer discontinued that model! The cleaning of the hot tub cost is $75 so to avoid that added cost I kindly ask that my guest please fish out any debris using the provided net! House cleaning fee is about $75 less than most other listings in my area and yes there a few little common curtesy things that I ask from my guests ie take out your garbage do your dishes put dirty linens next to the washer etc this is normal for any short term rentals that I have been to and is in no way construed to be offensive!!! Thanks Mary for your stay was great to have you and your party. Just to clarify the beds issue, after reading your review I went and measured the beds. The highest bed was 32" and the lowest was 16" then I went a step further and measured the couches they were 16"-17.5" the dinning room chairs seat at 18" I think they are mostly standard I'm guessing you got one of the lower beds and thus felt like having to get up out of bed as apposed to getting up into bed. My apoligies for the inconvenience. None the less I do my best to cater to everybody's needs and in ten years this is the first time the bed heights have ever been an issue. If you come again I'll be sure to have the beds raised or replaced. Thanks again for your stay!!! Lance
