This property was just amazing. Me and my family had a great time. The pool was just amazing and loved that it was heated cuz some days it was chilly out. Also, having the golf cart was an extra plus easy access to the beach. Everything was convenient and close by and did i mention how AMAZING the house was. We loved and cant wait to come and stay again.

Check-in was easy. Place looked nice. Management was very responsive to any issues. Keurig did not work, but housekeeping was able to find me a loaner. Getting the Spectrum service to work on the bedroom tv was a challenge. There was some unpleasant smelly stuff left in the side table from a previous renter, but I know they have to flip quickly during spring break.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear check-in was easy, the place looked nice, and management was responsive to any issues. We apologize for the inconvenience with the Keurig and the bedroom TV, but we’re happy housekeeping was able to provide a loaner. We also regret the oversight with the side table and appreciate your understanding about the quick turnovers during spring break. As noted, internet can be spotty on the island during busy times, but please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly if you ever need assistance—we’re here to help!

Right when we walked in we fell in love! A nice home feel to the house! My family and I loved every part! Our favorite parts of the house were the master shower, the outdoor shower and patio. It was all perfect!

Good stay
The property was clean. Check-in process was good, no hassle. Late check out was available.. that was a plus since we went on a morning fishing trip. Home was warm welcoming and comfortable like if I was in my own house. I would recommend

Spacious!
Large floor plan, my family could move around without feeling cramped. Also pretty clean! The pool was very relaxing and having the golf cart available at the property made a difference. Busier street in front of the house, maybe HOA should request some speed bumps! Nice hosts, took care of anything we asked for super quick. Would absolutely go back! Thank you!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the spacious layout and that the pool provided a relaxing escape for your family. It’s wonderful that the golf cart added an extra level of convenience to your stay—we’re glad it made a difference!
We truly appreciate the feedback about the busy street and will bring your suggestion for speed bumps to the HOA. It’s through helpful input like yours that we can continue to improve the experience for our guests.
It was an absolute pleasure hosting you and your family, and we’re delighted to hear you’d love to return. We’ll be here to welcome you back anytime!
Thank you for choosing our home for your getaway!
Warm regards,

Nice place
The house was clean and tidy. We did see 2 roaches, but that’s expected with that humidity. The pool was nice, but there is no shade by the pool, so it’s super hot. The weeds by the pool and by the sitting area were 2 feet tall with stickers. We asked the guys that were mowing in the front if they weedeat them, and they did, but that was on our last day. Overall nice, though.

The house was decorated nicely. The included golf cart is a nice perk! Also I really liked having a versed osmosis water system in the kitchen! We didn’t have to buy any bottled water. Also the pool warm and very clean! The pool area has absolutely no shade, so I recommend you bring one. The house is located on a VERY busy and noisy street so bring ear plugs for sleeping during the busy season. Also pet owners - there is no green space for your pet making toileting them difficult and requires taking them for a walk down an extremely busy street. The floors were so dirty our feet were black without shoes. The entire house was extremely dusty, so be careful those who have allergies! In the 2nd bedroom with full bed, the bed frame was completely loose and broken, making it extremely uncomfortable. The microwave runs without the door closed, and the Keurig is broken.

A great getaway
We enjoyed our stay very much. Amenities were just perfect. We had no complications during our stay. Water pressure could be better in the master bathroom sinks. Hot water was scarce in the kitchen sink. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect beachhouse
This house had everything we needed for our beach stay. Plenty of bath towels and hot water and the kitchen was fully stocked including Tupperware! There was even a sound machine in the master bedroom. We loved having a washer and dryer and a the water hose located at the bottom of the stairs was an added bonus for washing the sand off of everyone and everything. We never were able to figure out the outdoor shower...not sure if it was user error or if it was broken. We will definitely be returning!

Nice get away
This space was perfect for our family. We had our grown daughter and her family with us. The grandchildren loved the house and we had everything we needed.. It was not far from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe.
