We had a great stay! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed hanging out together on the back porch by the pool. Chris was a very responsive host. He took care of us. The house is lovely and located within walking distance to the streetcar and Frenchmen Street. I would recommend staying here!

Everything was perfect for our family. The house was gorgeous and spacious. We attended the graduation of our granddaughter from Tulane, so it was wonderful we could all be together to celebrate in this joyous occasion. Because of this house we were able to have a wonderful time. And Chris the owner was very responsive to our questions and needs.

Host was super responsive and accommodating during entire stay, on hand to answer any questions and to list nearby restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. House is clean and adequately stocked with all the essentials. Pool is clean, warm, and a bonus perk enjoyed by all the family. Plenty of room in the air conditioned pool house with a fridge, bathroom, king and queen beds. We will be glad to come back next time we are in New Orleans.

2/10 Terrible

Don’t rent this place. The place is fraudulently advertised. Trash everywhere upon our arrival, pool didn’t work, not even the light, and has a crack, back house was uninhabitable due to a fresh coat of sheetrock mud on 1 whole wall and a loud dehumidifier, dryer didn’t work, shower water leaked thru the floor and into the dining room. Oven was nasty and had a pan of old burnt bacon in it. There’s more but what I want to inform everyone of is the host is a bad person. Booked 4 nights and only stayed 3. Host just expected us to deal with all this while we were on vacation like it was no big deal. I would have settled for a refund of the one night we didn’t stay but host said no way. He also said he’s gonna get on here after I post and call me a liar and such. Just disgusting human being. If you want one of the biggest letdowns in the history of your vacation stays, rent this place.I can’t wait to see his response but, whatever he says, is nothing but horse manure. Again, he’s already told me he was gonna lie. He kept all my money and showed no remorse. I own vacation rentals and would be humiliated if a house I rented was in such condition.Good luck and travel safe.

Host communication was outstanding- very responsive to us - one of the best ever in our rentals. Location was great. Quiet neighborhood but walkable to the French Quarter and lots of nearby restaurants. Notes from our party- “the pool was warm” and “the house was adorable “. We had a great time!
