The home was perfect for our needs. We had an animal with us and the fenced yard was grea.Home was clean and much thought put into the needs of guests. Walk in and livable as if we were home!Highly recommend this place and location was idea. The mimi splits air in July kept us very cool and comfy!!!Thanks for the trip being great

This is a great little house with a nice fenced in yard for the dogs. The hosts were very kind and were great to communicate with. They were quick and efficient. I highly recommend this house for a stay. The hosts have stocked it nicely and it is perfect for a couple. I would stay here again.

Comfortable property. Bed was great for sleeping. Easy access to highway and convenient to stores/resturants. The property was close to some train tracks and we did get some train noise. Overall a good stay for the area we needed to be

We absolutely LOVE this little house! It’s perfect for my husband, me and our service dog. It’s so clean and comfortable and a quiet little neighborhood. We love the trains that go by, too. Any time we stay in Olathe, the Mulberry House will be our number one choice.

Cozy Place

Great location - very well arranged - good for a single person or a couple. Bed is very comfortable, unit is well stocked and location is handy to everything in Olathe. Definitely would stay again.

Very clean and had all the amenities if needed. The coffee for mornings and afternoon was nice, the bed is comfortable feels cozy there !

Cozy cottage by the rails

Super cozy house with all the necessities; great stay and very accommodating owners! Lots of train traffic but pretty quiet in the house (& no train horns like at home!) would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our stay

We enjoyed out stay at the Mulberry Cottage. It is 5 miles from my husbands brothers house and very convenient for us. Well equipped had everything we needed even treats for our fur babies.

Plenty of privacy. Close to all amenities. Everything you need to stay is provided Owners are responsive and friendly. Fenced yard for Pets. Clean and cozy.

When you pull up to the house, you say, “oh my, that is a small house!” But, after you get inside you realize how nice it is and perfect for 2 people. We contacted the hosts on two occasions and they responded immediately. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Great House for One Person

All the cooking utensils were provided as well as snacks. Charming one bedroom house with fenced in yard. The yard was very muddy when it rained. Easy check in.

The place was fine, but the cost for what you get doesn’t make sense. It’s smaller in person than the pictures make it seem, and it isn’t very homey feeling. The biggest problem besides the cost is that it’s maybe 100 feet away from the train tracks, which are very busy. I ended up not staying there for most of the trip because it just wasn’t comfortable. I do want to emphasize, the hosts were kind and responsive, the place was very clean, and check in was smooth. But between the train and the very high cost for what you get, I can’t recommend.
