Short stay

Came to my hometown to attend a celebration of life. It was a whirlwind of a weekend. Glad we had a place to stay and was able to bring our dog. Loved the Peruvian Restaurant walking distance. Only complaint was an extremely loud flush of the toilet and motion lights that shined through in the evening. Bed was very comfortable and hosts very responsive.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful time, the guest house was perfect! Great location, easy to get around. I would recommend this place and if I could give 10 stars I would. We look forward to going back again.

Very nice rental home

We stayed here due to damage to our condos from Hurricane Helene and it was the perfect place. Pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Nice outdoor area with hot tub. Highly recommend.

The place was perfect for 2 people. The pictures posted online make the place seem a lot bigger than it actually is. So I’m glad the other 2 ppl didn’t come with us. But it was clean and the hosts were nice.

Amazing beach getaway!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our Siesta Key getaway and could not have asked for better hosts! Eva and Steven think of everything - from cooler bags, a beach umbrella, beach towels, etc. It made our vacation so easy as out of state visitors. They have a beautiful property with a very fun beachy vibe. We met Steven briefly as he helped us with the hot tub and he was so kind and accommodating. Choosing here to stay was one of our best decisions & made our trip extra special! Thank you Eva + Steven!

Great little getaway

My fiance and I stayed here for our anniversary and a little get away from the kids. Everything was just as expected and pictured in the advertisement listing. It was very clean, and the check in and out process was incredibly easy. The hot tub is in a fairly open area of the backyard garden so privacy was a little bit of a concern, but it did not deter us from using the space. It was close to the beach and restaurants in the area. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful getaway

At first we didn’t realize the property was connected to the main house and owners were on site. We got to the wrong door but Steven was able to help us get sorted. He was awesome with anything we needed. Last day they had to put something on the hot tub so we couldn’t use it as our time was limited- but other than that it was a great stay and local to beach and restaurants/ stores.

Perfect 3 night stay

First I would like to say the hosts are fantastic and very quick to respond to your needs. Room was clean and well supplied with necessities. Like the yard with fruit trees and flowers. Perfect for what we needed. Would stay again.

Nice place with few annoyances

The place itself it nice and clean and well stocked, close to the beach and all necessities. The two things I did not like are; The house has a circular driveway and the owner parked their Tesla to charge right in front of the entrance of the unit so every time we had to go anywhere we had to back out our car on a circular driveway which was a pain, it's ok if you had to do it once but if you have to do it a few times a day it becomes annoying very fast trying to maneuver out of a circular driveway. Also, the backyard/hot tub is shared with the property owner so the hot tub etc. did not feel very private.

Very nice

Very clean and accommodating. Location was great with shopping needs within minutes. Beach was not too far and easy to get to. We went to Siesta Beach which is very close and also went to Lido Beach which was a little bit more of a drive but not bad at all. Of the two beaches we preferred Lido.

Enjoying Sarasota

We enjoyed the beautiful beaches, biking trails and great restaurants and breweries. Nice areas with lots to do for everyone.
