Cool Water Shores, Lake Gogebic Luxury Home

Cool Water Shores is a luxury vacation home located on Lake Gogebic's beautiful west shore. Centrally located in the Michigan's western UP; a place of true peace and serenity. A number of bald eagles often visit our tall cedars along the lake during summer, and herds of deer can be seen nearly every day using our woods as their path to the lake.

Take in all of this from our large deck and 3,500 square feet of comfortable, modern living space, or enjoy it outdoors around a campfire.

Cool Water Shores was designed for those special gatherings with family and friends. The home includes four large bedrooms and three full baths. It will not overwhelm a small
group of 4-6 people, and yet can sleep up to 12 comfortably.

We're proud to have designed and built this home, and we would love to share it with you!

We had a wonderful time here, it was spacious and perfectly set up for our family. The view of the lake is beautiful, the fishing is great, and the kids had a blast with the game room downstairs. We enjoyed it so much that we're planning to make this a yearly vacation!

Great place to stay! Cabin was clean, garage parking for sleds and great communications from the host. Trail from the driveway straight onto the lake. Would highly recommend!!!

Home and property were beautiful. Lots of parking, also included a garage space. We had plenty of room to gather as a family but also could find a quiet space when needed. Game room provided extra entertainment. They had plenty of movie DVD choices and a good variety of board games along with some outdoor games (corn hole). *Note to self no need to pack all of these items in the future. Shopping, hiking, waterfalls all with-in 30 to 60 mins, We definitely recommend this property especially for larger families. Host was easily reachable. They had a nice book put together with information on things to do and places to eat in the area.Pet friendly, dogs loved the walk in access to the lake.

Home was in great location, well stocked with towels and toiletries. Clean too! Could use new pillows :)

Gorgeous place

Loved our stay. Clear instructions and the place was very nicely stocked with the essentials which is super amazing best i have yet seen in all my stays. The view of the place and size was just perfect for what we needed and great room set ups !

The home offers a great view of Lake Gogebic. Plenty of sleeping space for our party of 10. The beds were comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was a perk as well. The home was dirtier than we like but it sounds like a new cleaning service just started. I'm sure the host will be in contact with the cleaning service to have the issues corrected. The host was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. They also refunded us (without being asked) for the cleanliness not being up to par. We will be back again next year.

Family vacation.

We had a great week enjoying a family vacation. First time on Lake Gogebic fishing. We went to waterfalls, lake of the Clouds, ski jump, underground mining tour at Houghton, and enjoyed the area.

Super Bowl Sled Trip

This property had everything we needed for our snowmobile trip. Plenty of room for our party of 8. The basement area was a great space to unwind after a long day on the trails.

Great stay!

Awesome house and good communication. Some bad bugs but you get that at the lake with heat and rain. Still a great relaxing time and a beautiful home!

Family vacation

This house is perfect for a large family vacation. We all had fun swimming off the dock to playing campfire games. There is plenty to do and not even leave the property. I would highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay here again

Cool Wayer Shores

Property is beautiful. Very spacious. Home has all need amenities. Owner was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions. We have booked again. Wonderful stay.
