Discover a modern island retreat where thoughtful amenities and spacious design make for a comfortable and convenient stay. This two-story townhome features an attached garage, a private elevator, and stylish indoor and outdoor spaces.

Main Living Area:
The open-concept living room includes plush seating, a Smart TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the lanai with ocean views. The entertainment system offers Surround Sound, a whole-house music system, and Smart TVs in every room for streaming your favorite shows.

Gourmet Kitchen and Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and granite countertops. A large dining table seats six, and the breakfast bar offers additional seating.

Bedrooms:
- Master Suite: King-sized bed with luxury linens, direct access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower
- Second Bedroom: Two queen beds with hotel-quality mattresses, ample storage, and an en-suite bathroom
- Third Bedroom: King bed with a cozy sitting area and en-suite bathroom
- A queen-sized comfort sleeper provides additional sleeping space, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably. Cribs and baby items can be arranged upon request.

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy meals or morning coffee on the private lanai, complete with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating. Just steps away, you’ll find the resort-style shared pool surrounded by lush tropical greenery. Please note that guests do not have access to The Grand Wailea Hotel pools and waterfalls. However, many of our guests prefer the beautiful Tropically Landscaped Ho'olei pool that is available to our guests.

March stay

This is a beautiful home with a wonderful view, conveniently located nearby shops, beach, and poolThis home does not feel like a rental. It’s very clean and well maintained and superior quality built home.Rooms and bathrooms are a good size and the family room and balcony. Make a great hangout for gathering for food or fun. We will definitely return one day thank you.!

Very comfortable and modern residence with all the amenities you need.

The residence was beautifully furnished, complete with everything a family would need to enjoy their vacation. The Ho'olei Wailea is a lovely gated community and ideally situated with easy access to beaches and shops.

Great place to stay

Amazing place to stay when you are in Maui. The condo has an amazing lay out so you can be with family and enjoy your private time. They also had some great notes printed for you and some with maps to make it easy. Loved that we could walk to the beach and shops. Our family agreed that when we come next year we want to stay int he same place!

Beautiful home and setting

Gila’s home was beautiful and spacious, exactly what we needed for family time and to retreat to our own bedrooms in the evening. The sunset views were great each night, and the location is in close proximity to beaches and restaurants. We were only a short walk to Wailea Beach and the beach path as well. We had a problem with the dishwasher and it wasn’t able you be repaired while we were there, but Avila generously offered to make it up to us with a late evening check-out. Highly recommend!

Maui Bliss

Wonderful time visiting Maui with family and friends. The property is beautiful with stunning views and close to everything in Wailea. Enjoyed the pools, luaus, Mt Haleakala, Io Valley and more. Nothing as relaxing as spending time in a beautiful location with family and friends.

Love The Ho'olei Experience

Great location, amenities, condo layout, and recommendations on things to do in Maui from the property owner. Beautiful sunsets over the ocean visible from the lanai. The property is showing its age. Fortunately, the property manager was very responsive. AC upstairs failed day 1, but was resolved in 24 hrs. Microwave failed but was promptly replaced. The front door did not work correctly, and the sliding door had issues. Overall, a great stay though.

Paradise in Paradise

The house was amazing. Daisy and Eric made the whole process (entry, learning about the house and property) easy. There is a wonderful pool close by, workout facility, and everything you could want in the house. The view from the deck is spectacular.

Magical Maui vacation

My extended family (my immediate family, my mom and my brother's family) had a wonderful family weekend together at this lovely, well-appointed property. It had everything we needed and every member of our family was impressed. We hope to be back soon!

This property is beautiful. Property managers are so nice. The condo is by far the nicest we have ever stay in. It is well appointed and the kitchen is stocked with everything a cook could possibly need. I would give this stay a “10” if there were more stars. We had a wonderful time in Wailea. Highly recommend

Great Place to Stay

The listing was accurate and we were in touch with the property manager who clarified and addressed any concerns promptly. The property itself is amazing. Very close to the beach and has great views from the balcony. The pool was really nice and the house was exactly as described. Great host who kept in touch throughout. I highly recommend this place.

Such luxury

A beautiful, spacious, luxurious stay. The pool was lovely. The accommodations were more than enough. I loved having the beach chairs and towels available. The vouchers promised were not there but the host brought them upon request.

Our stay was perfect

Everything in the spacious townhouse is first class and well maintained and fully stocked. It is evident that the owner really cares. Being across from the Grand Wailea Resort, with its wonderful beach, extraordinary landscape setting and restaurants, makes Ho'olei the perfect location. Ho'olei's quiet setting away from the resort and its large and interesting pool with waterfalls could not be better. It is the nicest place we have ever rented.

Great Maui Accommodations

We absolutely loved staying at this property! We were three couples (longtime friends) celebrating a special birthday! Plenty of space for everyone, awesome location, well-stocked and loved the convenience of the beach vendor setting up lounge chairs, towels and umbrellas for all of us. We stayed in a couple of nights and cooked . . .Kitchen had everything we needed and we loved eating on the balcony! Views every night were amazing!

Great location, wonderful view and a lovely facility

Our family had a wonderful time. The villa was wonderful and we loved being near the ocean. The pool area with the waterfall and two hot tubs was also a great feature. Only criticism offered by one member of our party was that the king mattress in the second master suite was a bit old and lumpy. That said, we would definitely stay here again. We were there during the off season and never saw many people in the development.

Beautify Condo

This immaculately clean spacious condo was a treat! The only issue was a shower. The water was only really hot or very cold. I told the management and hevsaud he would contact the owner.

Our home is the perfect place for a getaway with all three generations of our family. We love the proximity to the beach. Our kids love being so close to the pool. My parents love the luxury of the villa and the views from the lanai. Our villa allows everyone the privacy they need, but also the ability to spend quality family time together.
