Family trip to Orlando

Stayed there with my family of five and my sister, brother-in-law and nephew. The kids were ages 6 through 15) It accommodated us well. Unit was a close enough walk to the pool and across the street from the other resort amenities, like gym and restaurant. The little kids loved the pool/pirate slide more than the trip to Universal or Disney....I should have known! Host is very responsive and people at the front desk were very nice. I just wish they had a longer time frame that they served coffee in the lobby (8 a.m. to 10 a.m.) I missed it every day I was there except for check-out day!

Lovely stay

Kimberly was super responsive and a friendly communicator. We had all the space we needed and everything felt clean and cared for. Could possible use some fresh updates but it was still the perfect fit for our needs. My only complaint would be that the toilet was the loudest flushing toilet I’ve ever heard and it would get stuck running frequently. Would stay here again though!

The property was beautiful and had plenty of things to do. Kimberly is a fantastic host and super friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this property.

two naval academy classmates and wives enjoying an orlando refreshing reunion after not seeing each other for years. condo was perfect for this. roomy, quiet, good location for activites and comfortable to enjoy catching up. kimberly was on top of everything during reservation process. guest desk very helpful with inquiries. good condo location relevant to great restaurants and dinner theaters in kissemmee and orlando. kimberly has her vrbo priced reasonably also! go there.

Wonderful place to relax while visiting Disney!

Not only was this place close to everything, it was very clean and comfortable. The beds were well made, and the furniture was all ready to be relaxed on. On. We were very pleased with the location and the property.

Great place for family.

Great for our family with 4 kids. Lots to do at the resort and tons of things to do around the area. Room was nice and equipped with everything we needed.

Friendly, charming and private

Convenient location while somewhat out of the hubbub. Even some spots within walking distance. Really all we needed in a positive atmosphere. Would definitely book again.

Comfortable stay and play. Kids MUST BE 48” TALL or No Water Slide for your kids.

We chose this condo for the pirate ship and pool area and for the 3 bedrooms. We were very happy with the location of the condo. (11th floor and end unit) so felt very private and quiet. I was beyond disappointed when my six year old wasn’t allowed to go down the water slide because you MUST be 48” tall. They have an employee who sits and measures the kids before they go down. He has been swimming like a fish since 4 years old but still wasn’t allowed. However, the 5 1/2 year old child ahead of him (who couldn’t swim at all) was allowed to slide all day because he was tall enough. “His mother had to catch him- who wasn’t always there to catch him… so other parents had to jump in and help him to the stairs). The employees are literally there to ensure height and one at a time rule but not lifeguard safety. I went to the manager of the hotel and still was told that my son was too much of a liability because he was too short …. but the taller 5 year old was the responsibility of his parents. So, BEWARE! YOUR CHILD MUST BE 48” TALL or They WILL NOT be able to slide. They do have a splash pad area and low water level for small children. The tiki bar area was nice and the food was decent bar food. The owner was always reaponsive. You must go to lobby to check in (just like at a hotel) and they will give you a key. They required a $50 deposit beyond VRBO. There was always close parking.

Somewhat disappointed. The photos showed a much more updated property than what we actually got. It was fine for the amount of time we were in the condo. The location to Disney was perfect We did have fingernail clippings on the floor and some hair in the second bathroom

Great location, but property needs updating/upgrading

Great location; super convenient to parks and freeways and easy drive to MCO airport. However, the unit was not ready by check-in time. Lots of items broken/not provided. It was clean, but not well-maintained by property manager at all. And the unit was across the street from the pool, so pictures of view from balcony were not accurate. Otherwise, owner was easy to communicate with!

Good place

Good location, price and pool. Bar drinks are expensive, but the staff is fun. Should note, there isnt a spatula and the toaster is broken. There was also no handsoap in any of the bathrooms.
