Quaint downtown Melbourne with shops and restaurants are blocks away! Walk the causeway to the Atlantic Ocean, the beach is less than 2 miles away and across the street from the scenic Melbourne Harbor.

Enjoy the bright and open floor plan during your Shell Harbor Vacation! Everything you need is at your fingertips. Fully stocked kitchen, smart TV in the living room with HBO Max and Prime TV and cable TV in the bedroom. Queen-size pullout couch with memory foam mattress in the living room. Feel free to use the complementary beach towels for the beach! Super fast WiFi internet! Free and ample parking on site!

Eat tasty seafood next door at the Seafood Station or enjoy a cocktail and delicious food across the street at The Mansion (Check out their rooftop!). Downtown Melbourne is a 5 minute walk away with top-rated brunch at Backwater, scenic dinner at Charthouse, or have a few beers at Hell n' Blazes. Everything you could want is a few footsteps away!

Please note that our location is next to Hwy 1 and a train track so there is traffic and train noise.

Excellent selection!

We loved this property. It was very relaxing to start my day with coffee on the deck, looking at the marina. Location was ideal and communication with questions were answered within minutes!

Bad circumstance, made good!!

Place very clean, property manager was the best!!!!!! Comfortable, ease parking. A/C went down… they Made EVERY effort to assure my comfort. Even 2 fans to my door at midnight to keep me comfortable till the service man could get there in the am. Sadly the system needed more than could be fixed in a day. They refunded 5 days of my stay. And made every effort to assure my comfort.. I’m sure the A/C is fixed. I would definitely stay again

Great location and great value in downtown Melbourne

This is a great little condo. Very clean and really nice. Hosts are very helpful and responsive. This is a regular stop for us and will continue to be on our list

*The bed was uncomfortable. *Coffee creamers need to be stored in fridge as they would curdle in our coffee almost every day. *Overall it met our needs

Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay! I was very apprehensive with the reviews about the noise but I can honestly say I may have only heard the train a couple times and it was not loud at all. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we were just a short walk to the water where they were able to catch some fish. The downtown area has any restaurant you could want. The place was very clean and they were attentive to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Graduation stay

The condo was lovely and the view wasn't bad however the train and traffic noise was very annoying at nightime. I also understand these are things the owner has no control over. Overall a cute place and would stay again!

Good location

First time staying in this unit..but I had stayed at the property previously. Very convenient to downtown , FIT and beachside. Exceptional location for being able to walk to historic Melbourne areas restaurants etc. There is some intermittent train noise for any place in that area. For me it’s worth it for all of the above reasons. The unit is comfortable , clean and great view of the harbor. Much more comfortable than any hotel stay.

A great downtown Melbourne gem...

We've actually stayed in this building before at another time and the properties are all charming and comfortable. Always easy to check-in and get on with your our visits to the area. Very short walking distance to the downtown area where's there good restaurants and pubs, including a couple faves we hit every time we're there. Kraig and Shelley were excellent and attentive hosts and we'll definitely bookmark for future visits.

Bring ear plugs

The trains run all night long. Besides the traffic noise, the only thing louder than the train is the units HVAC fan.

Beautiful Apartment

This apartment was absolutely brilliant! The apartment was spotlessly clean and so modern in decor, with great TVs and the most wonderful power shower! There were toiletries for us to use and a super comfy bed. There were also plenty towels for use during the stay. The apartment had a balcony that was perfect for evening drinking outside to absorb the lovely scenery. It is a perfect location, only 5 minutes from Downtown Melbourne - with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We took a wander on a Saturday and found gorgeous shops and street walk stalls. This place was perfect and we would definitely stay again!

We greeted by the smell of urine in the parking. My white socks were brown after walking around the unit for an hour unpacking. We went out on the balcony to relax and enjoy the view. The beautiful view was there, until turned you head 3 degrees right where there were 6 lanes of highway, with, with heavy traffic and the noise of a highway to go along with it. Then, a freight train game through town blasting its horn less than 600 yards from the Unit. The freight train came through town about every 2 ½ hours all day and all night. Then every morning, before 6 am, garbage trucks emptying dumpsters in the area. The pool was behind another very tall condo building, but that did not block the noise. The small park, which was really just a grass strip with 2 benches, between the Condo units and the marina, open between 7 am and 7 pm, unless we had a permit. However, the Homeless guy spent several hours in the park after 7pm, ranting in conversations with himself and laughing hysterically, all of which we could here from the unit 3 stories above and overlooking the park. Downtown Melbourne is a 5-minute walk away" It takes longer than that to simply cross Route 1 without getting killed in the process. There is no need to try exploring to the left or right of that light along Route 1. To the left a drive through liquor, and several colorful characters, seemingly on drugs, but that’s none of my business. To the right you will find Wawa convenience store. I could go on...

Perfect condo

This condo was great. Fully stocked amenities right on the harbor and within walking distance of downtown. This place was also 5 minutes from the beach. Way better than a hotel if staying in the area. Would recommend!

Very nice, clean and bright, nice view

Very nice property with nice view of marina and park. Easy access and check-in, and parking with elevator a plus. Plenty of linens and kitchen utensils with pots and pans. Internet and TV worked perfectly. Oly suggestions if to supply placemats to keep table clean, and blinds for front windows for privacy. Other than that, it was a nice comfortable stay.

Excellent property.

We chose this property because we were visiting friends next door. It was perfect. Condo was very well appointed - just missed having kitchen towels and instructions for trash and recycling. Hosts were always quick in response to our questions.

Holiday get-away

This property is EXACTLY has advertised with beautiful design. The location is so each to access the beach, downtown shopping and walking paths. Owner is SUPER responsive and each to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & would recommend the location. Thx!
