Host was very responsive and accommodating. The location was extremely convenient to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, as well as several great restaurants.

We had a great stay, loved the space. The condo was very cozy but still had everything we needed. Was a little hard to find the entrance as the condo number was covered up by a bush.

Perfectly perfect! This cozy little condo was delightful. Would like to stay again sometime in the same place. We enjoyed it so much. We walked to the beach. We walked to breakfast and just loved the set up including an adorable outside seated area. Highly recommended!Thank you to our lovely host!!

This a very cozy small property. Would not recommend for more than two people who know each other well. It suited our needs for the weekend just fine.

Cozy getaway in Dennis

This spot was perfect for a short getaway. The condo was very clean and comfortable to say in with a beautiful back deck for outdoor dining.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Christine was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure everything was in order for our stay. We loved it!

The host was very accommodating for a smooth check in process. The cabin was very clean and in a good location, close to many beaches, stores and restaurants. Perfect size for two people. Only feed back would be an option for a king size bed from the two twin size beds there would be great. Also the water pressure in the shower could have been a little better. But overall the host, location, and cabin were all great! We also really enjoyed the outside seating area on the back porch. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend this property for others to stay in as well!

Spent most of the time here with my mom and it was a great place to stay on the Cape . About an hour from Provincetown and close to restaurants and convenience stores . Probably more things but we didn’t really look. The condo was like a small Cabin which we loved . Had a back deck with comfy furniture , a grill and a very quiet back area to relax . The little kitchen had a stove top, microwave , toaster , toaster oven and kitchen cooking supplies if you want to cook in the room. And a much needed coffee pot . Christine ( the host ) was nice also to put a k cup machine in room as my mom likes her Dunkin k cups . The whole unit had various supplies to use if needed . Including beach needs . It has two twin size beds in the main room with a tv and a table that opens. There is a loft with bed if you are ok with climbing a pretty upright steep ladder . There is also a little table in the kitchen . Ideally , it’s for two people not wanting to sleep in the same bed but I did ask if the beds could be put together for a future visit with my boyfriend and she said it was possible although not the perfect arrangement . My boyfriend came the last night since his trip with friends ended early and we both fit in the twin size bed although not recommended lol I loved the condo but it didn’t feel like one at all. More like a beach cabin. Didn’t hear any neighbors and there is a designated parking spot for the unit . I hope to stay again in future !

Spotless, quaint, but on the tiny house size. Perfect for one adult or 2 young adults. Host thought of everything being very generous with the supplies/ items you could possible need-The most I’ve ever had a host provide.Beautiful outdoor deck space furnished comfortably. Ample parking close by.Draw-back bathroom small & toilet was much too low for an old lady like me!

This is a quaint, clean condo that met our needs for an affordable stay in a great location that is centrally located. Good parking, very clean and comfortable and all the amenities we needed for a great stay. The owner was lovely and offered great communication. My husband and I had a perfect visit to the Cape and would stay here again.

The condo was clean and quiet. The kitchenette had enough cooking space for the two of us and it was nice eating dinner out on the deck. I appreciated the condo having beach chairs we could borrow! Saved some extra cash. Cell service is awful in the area, so screenshot or pull up your check in information before you arrive. Nice quiet stay!

This place was great. Cute Condo with kitchenette, bathroom and loft bed space. Exactly what we needed during our trip. The place had plenty of towels, beach chairs available for us, even coffee for the machine. There was a vase of hydrangeas out on the porch. The whole property was adorable and very quiet and peaceful. I was happy with my stay and I would definitely come here again. I had a bit of trouble learning how to use the front door lock, and I reached out to the owner, super responsive and very helpful. Thank you so much!

The posted picture is very misleading. Instead of what is pictured we were in a renovated motel on get 6A. No where near the water. Our host was great. Great communication with her. Very available for questions
