Heating package of 30 €/week from October to May. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Parking place. Garden on the side of the house, terrace in front. Gas heating. Washing machine. Average condition (maintenance, painting, simple comfort).
To be paid in + on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 small dog accepted), deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).
