This brand new, 2000 square foot, 4 bedroom home has everything your family retreat could need for a relaxing getaway or outdoor adventure. Our home is situated near the Sacramento River in the River Ridge subdivision. Fishing and boat access, Caldwell Park, Redding Skate Park, Redding Aquatic Center, the Sundial Bridge, and Turtle Bay are moments away. Walk or ride your bike from the house onto the Sacramento River Trail system. Guests have access to the three car garage and much more.

The property was everything we hoped for. We especially liked the toys, and other items for children, as we were traveling with a child under 2 years old. The location was a little far from our venue near Shasta View / Western Oaks and other amenities, but not too bad.

Redding annual fly fishing trip

THE place to stay in Redding. Nice, clean, open, comfy and has all you need for a great stay. Host is on top of it all. Great location in town: super safe, low traffic and quiet.

Shasta 2024 Family Trip

We LOVED this place! It's one of the few listings of all the places we've stayed that is exactly what it says it is. We really liked the open floor plan and quiet neighborhood. Corey is very responsive and helpful! We will be back!

Beautiful new home in a nice neighborhood

I would love to own this house! High end finishes, Tremendous space for a large group and easy in and out. Pictures and descriptions were spot on to what we experienced. We used it as a base for visiting Lassen Volcanic National Park. It was nice coming back to this house after a long day of hiking and sightseeing.

Wonderful home!!

Very quiet neighborhood, lovely and convenient location. Lots of places to sit down outdoors. Really loved the place. Inside was perfect - great open floorplan and plenty of rooms for sleeping. Fabulous round dining room table which provided a great view out back, and lots of seating room. Kitchen had all the right appliances. Bedrooms so comfortable. Would love to stay here again.

Wow!

This house is amazing! Redding, CA was only a very short overnight stay during our 2,100 mile road trip around California and this house provided a very comfortable place to rest the weary heads of my 7 member family. This house is very well appointed with numerous extras that show the owner’s thoughtfulness with regard to their guests. The rooms were large and the bedding was very nice. Although we didn’t prepare meals, the kitchen is well-stocked with necessary items. I did do laundry but only used one of the two available HE washer and dryer sets in the laundry room (come on…really? That’s a flex. Way to go.). My daughter loved the bath bombs and face masks during her late evening soak in the master bath tub and I loved the walk-in shower on the morning of departure. I would absolutely stay at this property again and highly recommend it if your travels take you to or through Redding as ours did.

incredible home

as they say, a picture is worth 1000 words, but the pictures don’t do this house justice. Was very pleased upon arrival on the cleanliness and the preparedness of the house for the visit being able to come in and relax cook dinner instead of going to a local restaurant sit back and joy your book and then head off to sleep. The house is far enough away from town and the highways that it is very very peaceful. It is been quite a while since I’ve had the opportunity to go to sleep hearing frogs, and crickets and night birds. the beds were extremely comfortable. The pillows were amazing. Soon as I hit the bed, I fell right to sleep. there’s no question that I will be booking this house for additional trips up to Redding. When I go fish the Sacramento river Corey is an amazing host, extremely responsive and made himself available if there was anything needed to improve our stay. I cannot say enough about how well the stay went in the stay in Corey’s house I highly recommend this house to anyone..

We were so pleased to stay here for a night breaking up a long road trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, so we could grocery shop and cook. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had extra amenities for us to relax. My sons loved the rooms with toys and an Xbox (they’re not little anymore, but those pack n plays would be so useful for babies/toddlers). The owners also made a nice accommodation for us to keep luggage in the garage during the day so we didn’t have to keep it in our pickup bed while we explored Redding before heading on the road again. Please stay here whether it’s for a pit stop or a full exploration of the Shasta area!

Houseboat stop over

This was a great property for our family. We only had one night to stay as we were on our way up to Shasta Lake but this was a beautiful and well laid out home. We will stay again for sure.

A Beautiful Home

My sisters and I stayed in Corey’s home and had a great time together there. Brand new, spacious, nicely furnished, super clean, comfy beds and sectional, well stocked with all you need. Easy check in, great location, plenty of parking, safe neighborhood, Highly recommend this beautiful home for your time in Redding., .

Amazing home

We were in Redding because we were having a family reunion there. We had family that came from Chicago, Phoenix and LA. The house was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone. The process of checking in and out was supper easy. Would definitely come back again.

NoCal fishing trip

4 friends came to Redding on a 3 day fishing trip and were very pleased with the house. Everything was great and all we needed to get a good nights sleep before hitting the river.

As always...a great stay

Every year, a group of us stay here a few days leading up to New Year. The place is perfect for us. If I could have the house delivered by drone to my location, I'd pay to do it. Cory is great! Had a little issue with the door code this time. He had it resolved almost instantly. Thanks again for a great stay. See you next year.

Fantastic!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. So spacious and clean... great kitchen amenities (spices etc...) and bathrooms fully stocked with amenities as well. The beds are incredibly comfortable... and we are picky about beds! This house is comfortable and beautiful and highly recommend. We will be back for sure! Thanks to the owners for taking such good care of us and creating a lovely home away from home.
