Walking distance to the heart of downtown Leavenworth, plus close to lakes and mountains for hiking in The Enchantments and near the river for tubbing and rafting. This is The Perfect Place as home base for your next getaway with friends or family! This 3 bedroom condo has been recently remodeled offering plenty of room to relax and reconnect with your loved ones in a beautiful setting.

What’s nearby:
The condo sits just five blocks from the center of downtown Leavenworth. You'll love the Bavarian-style town, authentic German cuisine, tons of local boutiques, year-round festivals, and several breweries and wine tasting rooms. Rent paddleboards or kayaks, or join a guided river adventure with Osprey Rafting Company right across the road from the condo complex. This wonderful location is just off Icicle Road, near Leavenworth Golf Club, Snow Lakes Trailhead, and winter sleigh rides.

We come to Leavenworth every year to float the river or during winter for the festivities. This place was a great layout and enough room for my family of 7. Parking was close and plenty of spaces available. Some cons and issues we had:Air conditioning is only a wall unit in living room. Needed run a chain of fans to cool the master bedroom. Refrigerator didn't freeze or cool our food. We tried changing setting to colder settings so last day might have been working. We used an ice chest to save our groceries. There was only one trash bag for our 4 night stay so we paid out of pocket for a box. These issues will probably be addressed before your stay so don't let this deter you, maybe just check with property manager before booking.

Ryan, I am sorry to hear about your issues with the trash bag, you did not reach out to me to remedy that with the property manager who lives in town. As for the Refrigerator / Freezer, again you did not reach out during your stay for us to remedy the issue we have sent a person into look at it and fix any issues. Thanks for your feedback, Renee'

How the owner responds after a little hiccup goes a long way. When we arrived the unit had not been cleaned. This was apparently due to a miscommunication with the cleaning company. We reached out to the owner and literally within minutes, she responded and had taken steps to get the cleaners there. This shows 1. The owner was readily available and 2. She was responsive. Every one renting any property should be so lucky to have an owner like Renee. Now onto the property. You already know most relevant information: number of rooms, location, distance to town. etc.The property was clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. The bathrooms were updated. The kitchen seemed to have most utensils one would need. We didn't need either the heat or the air conditioner so I couldn't speak to that. There were thoughtful touches that some other properties don't have: laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, liquid dishwasher soap, new sponges. When we find ourselves needing a place to stay in Leavenworth, we will book this property, you should too.

This was an almost perfect place! The location was awesome! The unit was clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed! It would be a Perfect Place to stay if the check in/check out could be extended for at least an hour on either end.

This condo is perfect for your Leavenworth adventures. It was easy to access hiking trails nearby and for exploring the town. It’s nicely equipped for a short, or long stay. The furniture is comfortable and the area is quiet. We enjoyed this as our “home” base.

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying here! It was in a great location, and it had everything you might need, even a fan for every room and a hairdryer. The beds were super comfortable which was a pleasant surprise for my family and I. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and nice location

It’s a good spot for family with all the board / card games, televisions in plenty of rooms to hookup entertainment systems, quiet neighborhood and nice decor and cleanliness

Perfect place for a short stay!

Great location close to main street. We were grateful for the washer and dryer, and a well stocked kitchen. The kids loved playing the games!
