Brand New Beautiful HOT TUB• Pet Friendly • Gated Community • Pools, Lakes, & Fireplace.

Fully renovated 3BR/2BA two-story home in a private gated Poconos community. Open-concept living, dining, and full kitchen with a stunning double-sided brick propane fireplace. Private 5 person hot tub, BBQ grill (propane tank replaced as used by guest(s)), outdoor fire pit, (Firewood not supplied) hammocks, and outdoor dining area. Parking for up to 5 vehicles.

Access to 4 pools, 2 lakes, swimming beach, paddle boats, canoes, mini golf, tennis, basketball courts, playgrounds, and dog run. Pets welcome with approval.

Starter supplies included: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Complimentary wine, bottled water, and light snacks provided.

Community amenity passes available ($12 per person/day; ages 0–3 FREE), charged by community only on days used. The charge is for the pools, lakes, and mini golf. Playgrounds, tennis/basketball courts and dog park no charge.

Unfortunately, the post on Vrbo is misleading! The house indicates 8 guests-DOES NOT STATE ANY EXTRA CHARGE! Kinda sneaky I would say…… otherwise, the house was accommodating, tidy, well-stocked! This really should have been made clear as owner was notified in advance that my Grand and friend would stay over night 1 night at the end of week.

I’m sorry you feel that way. If you look at when you registered it asks how many guests and you only put 2 when there was really 6 people for 7 nights and 7 people for eight night. There was also a dog not registered. Not only was there a dog without prior approval, there was dog urine and fences all over the house. I have pics to prove it. Also damage and unmovable stains. On bed and bed sheets, vacuum was broken, and the house smelled horrible. It looks like this may have been the first time you guys have booked a short term rental. Look at my VRBO page, everything is transparent. It’s hard for you to know this as I had to work things out away from the app with someone else without access to the app. as you can see from my reviews what you are saying is totally incorrect. Sorry it had to be this way. Take it as a learning lesson. I sure will!

Nice property, unclear terms for pet

Property itself is nice! I can tell that thought went into the layout and furnishings. Loved the firepit (not propane - you need wood.) The owner is extremely responsive and polite—which is a plus. Check-in at the Community Center during a peak time took an hour, so account for that, as the owner cannot control it. Double-check your check out tasks, as they vary in VRBO vs the “Check Out List” posted in the property vs the owner communications. Communication and budgetary planning would work more smoothly if the pet fee were clearly mentioned in the listing—better yet, mentioned where it says “Pet Friendly.” When I booked in November and also when I arrived in December, it was not mentioned anywhere in the listing nor in the pop-up window where all of the additional fees appear.

Nice Clean Modern House

Great location to Camelback and surrounding state parks. House was well apportioned and the kids loved the huge TV and games. House was clean and comfortable for a family of five.
