We had a wonderful stay!! This place is beautiful! Perfect view right on the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved that it came with the umbrella and lounges on the beach! Great plus for someone that loves to sit out and enjoy the sun and water. Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Plenty of places in walking distance to get food or drinks. We would definitely stay here again.

Great unit, I do think the bed in Master needs a new mattress, as the mattress is extemely soft and offers no support. I was unable to sleep on it and slept on couch. Everything else about the unit and services provided was absolutely wonderful.

The beach view was great! The layout was great. The Majestic Resort was nice, easy peasy to get to the beach. Thoughtfully planned out parking for the resort. Now to the things that weren’t great… 1st night bed was broken (the box spring was cracked in half with no support) we called the Book That Condo (the management company for the rental) they did come out the next day and the service guy was very nice and helpful it was his boss that was completely rude. We were promised that the box springs would be replaced the next day. It took them to the 5th day to actually replace it. Then the smoke detectors kept going off… so this vacation wasn’t really relaxing. This place has many good aspects. It just needs an overhaul of updating the appliances and furniture. With all the inconveniences they didn’t offer any refunds or offer anything like an extra night or to discount a next trip.

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the beautiful beach view, the resort layout, and the convenience of getting to the beach. I’m truly sorry for the issues with the bed, smoke detectors, and delays in service — I understand how frustrating that must have been and how it impacted your relaxation. I appreciate your suggestions about updating the appliances and furniture, and I’ll make sure your comments are reviewed. Your input is valuable, and I hope we’ll have the chance to provide you with a smoother, more enjoyable stay in the future.

Beautiful condo right on beach!

Majestic Resort is gorgeous and this condo is awesome. We were in PCB for dance nationals so we had several families in our group staying at Majestic and they all said ours was the nicest condo. Spacious living room and bedrooms. We loved the view and saw lots of marine life from our balcony. Huge plus that it included our beach chairs!

Wonderful vacation at the Majestic

We enjoyed the our vacation at the Majestic. We would love stay there again. The only issue was the bed mattresses, it might be time to upgrade them. The building security was great. The employees at the Majestic were very helpful…. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Just one more thing….. add a toaster to the kitchen…..

All about the kids

We have an excellent experience. The email providing the check-in information was extremely accurate. The longest part of check-in is registering the vehicle to park and this literally took 5 minutes. All security were very nice, our booking agent called and check on everything our second day after arrival to ensure everything was working properly and we had no issues with the condo. Everything about this Condo receives 5 stars.

Our Recent Stay

The condo is super cute on the 14th and has a great view. The updates are perfect and it is well-stocked with everything you need. The only complaint we had was that we were not given a key card to access the gym when we checked in. We checked in on Saturday and didn't get a working key card until Tuesday. One of the reasons we chose this condo was because it offered a nice gym and which is important to our family. We checked out on Thursday so we only had the key card for two days essentially. This should be something that is given to you when you sign in.

Do not use the washer and dryer it ate and burnt our clothes or the icemaker in the refrigerator because it leaks water all over all your groceries the AC didn’t work for us for three days, but maybe they’ve got it fixed now for future customers

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with problems with the washer and dryer, the refrigerator ice maker, and especially the air conditioning. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we regret that these issues impacted your vacation. Our team works hard to address maintenance concerns as quickly as possible, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We hope you'll consider giving Book That Condo another opportunity in the future.
